Had a big pine in the back get whacked last year. Kinda neat to see the tracks coming down the bark.
Killed the tree.
A couple months ago, it got whacked again. The result this time was spectacular.
There were chunks of wood the size of wall studs, blown forty feet away.
Closer in, they were in the 2x8x8 range.
I steer clear of that tree when it's cloudy.
