We have a department for everything else. Many for situations a lot less important as this.

Perhaps we could have a better name for it than the Department of Emergency Oil Capping? But basically we should have people who are trained in this type of situation with the proper equipment and expertise already available and ready to roll to shut one of these gushers down on standby at all times. Who cares what it costs? That is immaterial. This department needs to be funded by all the companies involved in this type of drilling operation.

The DUchebags tink that Obama wants this oil spill stopped. They probably think that Obama is mad about it, when he is only mad that the oil has not yet provided those front page newspaper and lead TV news photos/videos.

I'll lay odds he already has the teleprompter loaded with the speech that explains why he's taking over the oil companies. All he needs is for a few thousand barrels to wash up on the Florida coast.

He most likely goes to bed every night, and right before he closes the lid on his coffin, he prays for a national emergency in order to further his agenda!

A department of the government that sits around on their "brains" all day, playing with their "equipment", on standby for 30+ years until the next "accident" happens....
