Those pagaents almost always have a clause in them, excluding you from even entering if you have had an assortment of things such as abortions, marriage, even remotely nekid or highly sexual photos, and of course second tape.  By showing her the tape, they likely proved she lied on her contractual agreement.  Meaning she was never eligible in the first place and therefore has no grounds to argue over her dismissal.

What's really some shady practices, is she's not letting all of us loyal supporters see the video, bah hum bug!

Miss Carrie Prejean is a pretty smart cookie.

I say this because, if it's true that she had invalidated the requirements of her taking part in the Miss America pageant by participating in some seedy, but likely delicious porn flick; and that she took umbrage with the pageant officials by suing them, inasmuch as she assumed they had no knowledge of the porn flick; but having been presented with alleged evidence of said porn flick, she withdrew her complaint, accepting a mere $100,000 in the process, she's $100K richer now than she was 10 minutes before the meeting.

How is that stupid?

Furthermore, you can believe there'll be a run for that porn flick. And a book deal. And probably a film offer or two on both sides of the legitimate/but seedy aisle.

Miss Carrie Prejean is laughing all the way to the bank.

As she was under 18 it kinda depends on the laws of the state the tape was made. Many states see 16 as consenting age. It may not be child porn if that is the case, since it was consentual between the two parties at the time. I would think she ought to be able to sue the shit outa somebody for the invasion of privacy. Espexially the lawyers that thretened to go public with it. After all, it was certainly not intended for public viewing.

That being said, the boyfriend is a real POS! What other reason would he have for this other than monetary? What a prick! Reminds me of Palin's little "pain in the ass" former future son in law.
