Primitives would do better to keep a few copies of the NYT around than to stockpile bulky rolls of soft paper.

Let me take a guess....you've never used an outhouse and the yellow pages from a Sears-Roebuck catalog?

You take a piece of paper and wad it up....you un-wad it....and wad it up again... then you roll it into a crude cigar shape and twist it tightly......then twist it the other direction.....you continue to do this until it's as soft as Charmins or soft enough to satisfy "your" A$$. .....Hey, you got nothing better to do while you're sitting there taking care of business.

Now the slick, colorful pages with pictures are a whole nother story.

You know, I gave this some series thought...yes, series thought. Why would DUmmies be discussing bunkers with a plumber. Could it be that they have a rudimentary understanding of the laws of physics? "SHIT does not flow up hill."

I don't even discuss survivalism with my wife.  She simply assumes that when the zombie apocalypse shitstorm happens, we'll be well prepared to survive the ordeal and deal with the aftermath.

She views it as a matter of "need to know", and she doesn't need to know.

Used both.  Yes, unfortunately at the same time.  Also had to use oak leaves one time, as there was no outhouse to be found for quite a distance, and I had left my TP back at deer camp.  Not what I would call "fun."
