It's good out of hand, on baked potatoes, in salads, as topping for soups, even in tacos. My main objection to dark leafy greens has always been that they're limp and a little slimy. Drying them avoids that.

I'da thought that little fad would have run its course. Never got swept up in it.
There is no green I would eat that has to be "deveined".
I was thinking *sour grapes*.
I read the title and thought they would be talking about cucumbers or squash.
If Hillary ever drops from a stroke I'll tell you what my favorite vegetable is.
