What would we do without this font of wisdom who is willing to share with all the poor, ignorant souls who have never seen harsh weather in any of the various forms in which it appears - heat, cold, hurricane, earthquake, tsunami - she has instructions for them all.

PSA - NON POLITICAL, weather related
for all of you in So Cal going through this just lovely heat wave... remember no strenuous exercise outside (unless it is part of the job)... and drink plenty of water, no, not coffee, not tea, not soda, just plain out water.

And if you can find a nice cool spot. IT IS BRUTAL out there.

(I am so damn glad I carry water in the truck... guess what I gave up today to a few people at a fire?)

As long as somebody isn't dehydrated already then they can drink what they please.  In fact, it is better that they drink something that they want to drink instead of not drinking water that tastes bad to them.  Her advice is worthless as usual.

Nads, people who live just about anywhere south of the Dakotas already know how to deal with the heat.  They're not ****ing stupid.  And even if they are, they still don't need your help.  Same with earthquakes in California, hurricanes out east, and tornadoes in the heartland.  Take your useless, know-it-all PSAs and shove them up your pathetic, stupid ass.

For someone that is suposed to be a former EMT that bit of advice is not totally correct. A person can die from drinking tomuch water. I do not mean the Internet thing that talks about this,

I'm talking about how a person can over drink to much water and it removes to much of the electrolytes in a persons system and causing them to die. A person needs to balance water with something else like gatorade to make sure tthat they stay hydrated and  healty enough to survive the heat. The bald idiotic dwarf needs to shut up if she can't give out accurate advice of any kind.

You forget her audience. She's talking in effect to a bunch of children loaded up on candy. They have a 1.2 second attention span and absolutely no short term memory unless there's some sort of trauma involved to make something register.

Come on down to the east central Florida swamplands. It rained mid afternoon for about 10 minutes and drove that humidity right on up to 100%. Evil doesn't describe it.
