I took out all my pertinent info.......I just wanted to share because I am so damn proud of myself right now.  She said this was the highest marks she has ever given and I am about to tear up right now because well, I am a proud person.   :bawl:

The last part is because when someone comes to me trying to pass their work off on me or ask a dumb question, I am not so approachable and make them mad. :panic:

eta:  remember me saying that they don't give 5's?   :)

Well, let the tears flow! Nice job! (And I can relate about stupid people -- they really are EVERYWHERE and I am not a patient person when confronted with overwhelming stupidity from alleged adults.)

I got the 3 in safety because I like to kick my shoes off at my desk  :lmao:

I got the 3 in attendance because of the nerve blocks

I got the 3 in Tools and material because I just do what is expected.

I got the 3 in Work Enviroment because I have work on my desk (plats)  :mental:  she expects my desk to be paperless

BUT look at all them 5's!!!!!  :yahoo:  I want to leave a copy on the copier so someone steals it to pass around......but I would probably get a grievance filed by someone because of the 5's  :whatever:



and thank you Eupher, I am glad I have friends like you that will help a sista out  :-*

And from what I was told Friday by the Asst Manager of the division I will get retro pay back to Sep 2011 for the Drafter II pay if I pass the 2nd part of the test first time around.  That will be a good chunk of money, about 2500 as we stand now. 

so what we have learned..........

1) dude passed but he is actually taking a paycut by 70 cents per hour because he was working out of class as Lead and it was 70 cents on top of his 25.26 an hour. 

2)  he is being documented now by the sup (I was told by her) because he is always gone from his desk, not doing his lead duties and always out smoking.

3)  He also passed the 1st part of the drafter I test so because he has gone onto lead, he has no chance as retro pay

4)  I will only be making a little less than him an hour and only one paygrade below him and no responsibility

5) I was told by the sup that when she loses and she could if her adoption goes through that she will be recommending me for her position and they look at these performance appraisals as a major clue to how the employee will be.  Remember, his was mainly 2's/3's :popcorn:

God does work in mysterious ways and I should learn to trust him more instead of pitying myself.  Thank you God and Y'all! :-*   :cheersmate:

The supervisor's keeping book on this turd and actually TOLD YOU she was doing so? Not a very good supervisor in my view......
