No matter how hard the Omaha Weeper tries to appear normal, it's not going to work.
Does he have to beat another moonbat in a primary, or does the democrat party simply designate a candidate?
I think The Bellevue City Council is non-partisan, as most city councils in Nebraska are.
The city web-site gives no information on political affiliations of the six members (five representing districts, one at-large), but five of the six have biographies indicating (R), while one of them is too vague to speculate.
http://www.bellevue.net/CityGovernment/CityCouncil.aspxIf that's the case--non-partisan--then Omaha Steve would simply be up against all other candidates in a primary, the top two chosen for the November election.
In other words, if there's three candidates in the primary for Omaha Steve's seat, then my fellow Nebraskan stands no chance of advancing to the general election.
