I have fond memories of Attack of the Killer Tomatoes.  I remember my dad, who passed away in 1986, sitting there laughing and laughing at that.

But, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes was made to be ridiculed. Movies like VHF and Airheads were supposed to be comedies.
