Funny thing is, even most DUmmies are smart enough to figure out that mandatory insurance is unconstitutional.
They keep referring to the commerce clause, which has been grotesquely stretched to begin with, but in this case it simply doesn't apply. Every case that has come up has forced people who are doing
something to do
something else or
something less.. In this case, they want to use the commerce clause to force someone who is doing
nothing to do
somethingThat's the difference, and that's why its unconstitutional.
