Family Says They Did Tip Gay Server, Didn't Leave Note
After a gay server at a New Jersey restaurant said a customer denied her a tip and wrote her a hateful note on the receipt, a local family contacted NBC 4 New York and said their receipt shows they paid a tip and didn't write any such note.
The couple told NBC 4 New York that they believed their receipt was used for a hoax.

FOr all the people that have been trollled by this girl I read from someone that knew her that she made up a lie saying she had cancer as well in the past. Please further your investigation into this server. She gives others in the LGBT community who have honestly been treated unfairly a very bad name.

I don't believe this happened either but even if it did, to say the message written on the receipt was hateful is over the top. The alleged message said "I'm sorry but I cannot tip because I do not agree with your lifestyle." Where is the hate in that? It is merely explaining that the family allegedly doesn't agree with the lifestyle, but the gay faker had to present it as if the message was hateful. Are we at the point where merely disagreeing with someone else choice is an act of hate?

BS. I do not care if the server had 22 rings in their nose as long as I know they were tested for TB, Aids and Typhoid.
I do not want to see a finger in the soup, or some one sneezing over my meal. If the service is good, I care less then if I know they have nipple rings or a Sir Albert in their dick.
Good service is hard to find , so the server has tattoos and a tongue ring, Long as they can being the meal on time and make you comfortable, what's the bitch ?

Dayna Morales Thanks everyone for your support - it took very fiber of my being not to spit in their food and say something. (Not gonna lie if kids weren’t there it would of been a totally different story)
Now I KNOW she did it, just like when she said to a local news reporter that it wasn't her handwriting, when the reporter never even asked her about it. This dyke now claims she wanted to spit in their food BEFORE it was served.
I would fire her now for this comment.

If she was doing her job, how would the family even KNOW what her lifestyle is? I worked as a waitress for years and I did not share personal information about my life with them. Unless she was playing tonsil hockey with her girlfriend (not doing her job) how would they know???

I wish these stories would stop getting aired, but I have to say something, looking at the photos....
I want the merchant copy with their signature, not the customer copy with what they wrote. The customer keeps the customer copy. They could have wrote anything, and the ink looks different on both copies. Somebody's fibbing, but I am more likely not to believe it's the family just because I don't want to believe anyone is really that rude.
Edit to add: Saw the video. If their credit card statement is showing the amount written and she's telling the truth, it may be a case of there's a third party, a colleague who tried to harass her. I find that far more likely than customers who receive good service leaving nasty notes to their servers, or anyone doing that, really.

Occams Razor says that the simplest explanation of any given set of facts is usually the truth. In this case, since the family can demonstrate conclusively enough for any court that they did, in fact tip the service, and coupling that to the fact that the waitress was denying that the note was in her handwriting without having been questioned about it to that point, and I'm afraid that Occam's Razor leans heavily in the direction that the waitress made up the whole thing for the purpose of attention whoring. That good-hearted people who were donating money upon hearing her story was merely icing on the cake for this chica.

Right after a receipt and credit card statement suggested a NJ server's tale about bigoted customers was a hoax, a local newspaper from her hometown started digging into her past. And now the Journal News reports that Dayna Morales, "has a reputation for lying," according to former colleagues and friends.
People were rallying around Morales and sending her tips after she shared a photograph of a receipt she got back at her work, NJ restaurant Asian Gallop Bistro. The receipt showed no tip, with the note, "I'm sorry but I cannot tip because I do not agree with your lifestyle and how you live your life." But then the family came forward saying that they actually did leave a tip, showing their copy of the receipt and a credit card statement that suggested they were truthful.

Dayna Morales, a server at Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, had posted a photo on Facebook earlier this month showing the bill with a line through the tip area. The photo of the receipt showed someone had written, "I'm sorry but I cannot tip because I do not agree with your lifestyle."
A New Jersey couple came forward to NBC 4 New York and said this week that the receipt was theirs but that they had left a tip and did not write a note, suggesting it was used for a hoax. The handwriting, they said, was not theirs, and they also supplied what they said was a credit card statement showing they were charged for the total plus the $18 tip.
Dayna Morales is a dshonorably discharged Marine. Once A Marine, Always A Marine does not apply to her. She is also suspended. I would fire her.
