Oh God, Mitt's dumber than Sarah Palin -- my new meme.
We all need to start saying this to everyone we know.
Because he is, when push comes to shove. Palin is a lower middle class, not well-educated woman from a small town, I can understand why she is the way she is.
Mitt, for all of his education and family wealth, not to mention his "experience", debatable as that is, should at least have the common sense of a gnat. But he doesn't.
I intend to tell everyone I know, at any opportunity, the Mitt isn't Presidential material, because he is dumber than Sarah Palin.
Please use this, too!
go git 'em, Tiger

Sarah Palin gets a $50k speaking fee per engagement. They're paying you how much?

Palin is a lower middle class

There is still no proof that obama is as smart as he claims he is. He is still refusing to remove his records. Frankly, I think obama is one of the most stupid Presidents we have ever had.

Yeah go ahead and try that one, you will only annoy conservatives and get accolades from your fellow moonbats. They are so cute when they come up with this crap that will somehow convince us knuckledraggers to vote for Barry. :mental:

And which side engages in class warfare? Aren't the poor and lower middle class who your side are supposed to be championing?
Hypocrite.
I guess the University of Idaho isn't a real university? Congratulations, you just insulted thousands of people who attended and graduated from there.
Bigot.
And as for Romney being "dumber than her", what was the name of the multi-billion company you started and grew?
BTW, he also graduated with a law degree from Harvard. I bet we can confirm that, unlike Dear Leader.
You're an Idiot.

Yep every Republican is so Stupid and you guys are so smart that the Democratic party is spending Trillions of tax dollars to bail us out of DEBT. Yeah that will work the same way it works for evrey other dumbass that trys it with their bank accounts and then doesn't pay back the bank. The country will not only go broke it will probably end up with a whole lot of your kind getting their just deserts over it.
-
You have to be smart to not be able to understand the implications of being trillions in debt.

That DUmb**** might be paid to not speak.

The primitive's an older woman, about the same age as the pie-and-jam grasswire primitive, lives in Michigan, is a habitue of the cooking and baking forum, and once berated franksolich for preferring to buy food from the grocery store rather than taking advantage of all that grows around me (excepting this year, due to the Great Barack Drought of '12).
It wasn't a harsh and strident beratement, and so nothing against her for that.
I suspect old age is affecting her mind, but not nearly as much as it has addled Judy's.
She wants to be a writer, and so franksolich has been considering taking her under his wing, so as to make her a writer.

2. Great analysis!
He's not stupid so much as cosseted. Has absolutely no concept of how us regular folk ("you people") live.
I'm sure your little snit is based on facts.
Perhaps you could provide a little bit of proof in regards to the statement.
DUmbass.

Educated does not always equate to "smart". I have worked with and seen as (I am sure many people have), folks that have graduated in the top 10% of their professional field. When they start having to work in a business environment, they look and act like posters on DU. I do not care if Obama graduated #1 at Columbia, Harvard, MIT and Stanford at the same time with dual degrees in Engineering, Biochemistry, Physics, Robotics and Medicine. His performance up to this point says that he flunked out of a community college, failed at a trade school and did not score high enough on the ASVAB to be an 0311 (you jar heads will know what that is).
My quetion for the smartest man is the room is this. He was in the Senate for 2 years, his VP was in the Senate for a generation or 2 and the economic crisis was a suprise? WTF over?

I've often said that as Knowledge trickles into one ear (more education), Common Sense floods out of the other side.

Yeah, there is a difference between book smart and street smart.

What is wrong with him, IMO, is his apparent inability to understand what happens in the real world with real people. He has spent his entire life isolated in various bubbles:
You're referring to Obama, right?
Over 3 years of unemployment above 8%, well above that if you factor in the fact that there are less jobs than there were 4 years ago and the fact that many have dropped off the roles completely, and you Progs think Obama deserves a second term. That’s the longest period of time for unemployment since before WWII, Proggies. How on Earth you think he deserves a 2nd term is beyond me.
Funny how Bush needed to go when it was at 4.5% in 2006 when you Progs voted for Kerry, yet Obama deserves a second when it’s over 8%.

Bush and Quayle are smarter than dumb (Obama) and dumber (Biden).

4.5% rate isn't even considered unemployed. They want the rate to be 0% when a republican is in office, but don't care what it is when a liberal is in office.

Bush and Quayle are smarter than dumb (Obama) and dumber (Biden).
You know, that always bothered me, how the "mainstream" media lampooned Dan Quayle as not very bright, a lightweight.
Every politician makes gaffes; I can't think of one who hasn't.
When Alphonse Capote Gore emerged as the (D) candidate for the presidency in 2000, I thought it'd be nice if the "mainstream" media lampooned him as much as they had Dan Quayle.....and more so because he was more prone to even bigger, even more, gaffes than Quayle had ever been.
Yeah, yeah, sure they did.
When Joseph Biden emerged as the (D) candidate for the vice presidency in 2008, I thought it'd be nice if the "mainstream" media lampooned him as much as they had Dan Quayle.....and more so because he was more prone to even bigger, even more, gaffes than Quayle had ever been.
Yeah, yeah, sure they did.
Dan Quayle was no dummie; until 1992, he'd never lost an election in his life, even when he as an obscure nobody ran against a prominent (D) senator, and defeated him. Not only defeated him, but crushed him.
It's too bad that he had to retire after the 1992 campaign, but one can understand--despite his being a bright, articulate, decent person, the "mainstream" media had reduced him to a caricature, and it was just too much trouble to go against that.
I was really happy when his son won that congressional seat down there in Arizona in 2010.

Hoo boy, see it every day. Huge sense of entitlement, piss-poor to non-existent work ethic and a highly developed Blame-a-tron®.
Every single one, who has made their political affiliations known,........
DUmp-O-crat.
Every. Single. One.

Let's see...what's worse...the "potato" gaffe (which the MSM went over incessantly, although "potatoe", IIRC, is proper in England and was proper until the 20th century here...), or saying there's 57 states, saying someone did our hard work for us, or NOT VISITING OUR STAUNCHED MIDDLE EASTERN ALLY IN THE MIDDLE EAST for 4 years?

Or, in case of Barack Milhous, that gaffe about bowling being "like the Special Olympics."
Damn, one can make an encyclopedia out of this.

I forgot about that one.
Or this one of our illustrious VP:

Probably a lot less...they don't pay much above minimum wage for working the French Fry cooker at McDonalds.

I am disgusted at Repubs that do not fight back. Bush & Quayle are prime examples. Just look at the lies that Harry Reid is spouting off about Romney not paying his taxes. The RNC chair called him on it but other than one other Repub, the rest of them have been silent as a church mouse.
I learned a long time ago as a kid that if you let a bully pick on you, he will continue to do so if you do not fight back. Repubs do not seem to understand that simple minded concept.
