Let's see what Holder does about this!

More states need to follow Georgia's lead, and pronto.

I don't think it's been decided yet, as I can't find any news on it.   I have been waiting for the final word for a few days now.

If true, this will provide the left with ammunition to challenge obama's loss next November, making the Bush v gore 2000 election debacle look like child's play.

Transcrpit from the hearing, Georgia-Swenson-Powell Vs. Obama~

http://www.scribd.com/doc/79854466/Georgia-Swensson-Powell-v-Obama-Certified-Transcript-1-26-12-Hearing-tfb

Pages 10 through 14 are particularly important.

Page 18 (on Obama's father pertaining to natural born citizen requirements for candidates);

Q- ..."Based on response you received from FOI request... ...-were you able to determine whether Barack Obama, Sr. was ever a citizen of the United States?"

A- Never.

Q- He was never?

A- Never a citizen.

His father doesn't have to be a citizen for him to be a citizen.

Well that is my point, all the news is from Jan 26th and 27th.  And I heard a guy on the radio that has been following it just 2 days ago, they are still waiting for the final decision.

Per your link:

Quote
This is developing; it really could be factual considering the proceedings that were held today.

The whole point in this isn't if Barrack Obama Jr (The President) is a citizen.  To be a "natural born" citizen both your parents must be citizens.  The founders did this on purpose to exclude back door allegiance to England and of course other countries in the future.  So Obama Sr. was never a citizen, which therefore excludes Barrack Obama Jr from being a natural born citizen which in return excludes him from being the President.

Where does it say that? If it was delineated clearly and anywhere there wouldn't be a debate. Everyone knows Sr. is Kenyan.

Maxiest--no, as long as Obama was born on American soil, he's an American citizen.  Nobody has yet to show me any credible evidence to the contrary.

And I'm going to point out for the 400000th time what people should instinctively know already--even if Obama wasn't a citizen and was removed from office, this will not 1--negate ANY laws, EC's, or appointments he's made, 2--change the Democrat agenda one iota, which is what he's been pushing down our throats.

Bottom line, if it wasn't him shoving the shit in our faces, it'd be Biden, or Hillary, or someone else.

Ok first off, I am not a Birther but I think this argument does need to be heard.  Not just because of Barrack but because of the immigration issues we have in the country at the moment.

Second I mis-spoke in my last post and didn't present the argument very well.

No it has never been ruled by any court, yet,  to be a natural born citizen one must be born of two citizens, although this is the belief of many and was used as a test for our first Presidents following

And although there as never been a ruling on the matter, it has been referenced in past Supreme Court decisions:

Quote
Scott v. Sandford (1856), the Supreme Court characterized, as unexceptionable (incapable of being criticized), the viewpoint that:

"natural-born citizens are those born in the country of parents who are citizens" (Scott v. Sandford, 1856)

Since Obama acquired foreign nationality (in addition to U.S. citizenship) at birth, his "natural born citizen" status is in doubt. This doubt is not  conspiracy theorists on the lunatic fringe of society. The doubt comes from what the Supreme Court has said(see above), as well as other historical and legal sources (Michigan Law Review).
