One of the saddest figures over there fancies himself a creative writer and makes up stories about posters here. When I say he makes up stories, he does exactly that. At the end of the day, DUmmies, it's not the size of the check alone that measures one's worth. Ask yourselves, what did you DO to EARN that check? When you walk out the gate, office, restaurant, etc., at the end of the day, have you made a POSITIVE difference? Are you going there tomorrow ready to contribute, with those around you looking forward to working with you again? My suggestion is that the primitives forget we even exist.
Remember the discussion three weeks ago, after I figured out that primitives change their behavior whenever they know they're being observed.
When the primitives don't know they're being watched, they're in a blissful--and highly-entertaining--original primitival state, the spectacle providing decent and civilized people a great deal of merriment (and accurate anthropological material, too).

Other prominent and highly-esteemed decent and civilized people are mentioned by name, but not myself.
Whew.
The deal is, I need to have the primitives forget franksolich exists, so that the primitives will go back to acting naturally. Margaret Mead used to absent herself from one island or another, because the natives there were acting more for her, than naturally, and so she found it necessary.

I only skimmed through it--I'm busy with something else in real life--as it's a very large campfire, but I'm encouraged, heartened, in that, other than an obscure reference to "coach" by the sparkling husband primitive, the primitive comments appear to be wholly franksolich-free. Other prominent and highly-esteemed decent and civilized people are mentioned by name, but not myself.

BUT. I think Skinner is under orders from on high. His job is to keep the crazies corralled at DU. If they start getting out and embarrassing the Democrats, Skinner loses his job. I think you're partially right. I think that the DLC had a financial stake in forming DU. I read it somewhere but could never find it again.
