As usual. It's common knowledge around Boston that the Bostonian Drunkard's in a constant state of inebriation, possibly because of the pre-marriage jitters.

You see, the cross-bearing carpetbagging maternal ancestress and other competent adults manage the trust funds left the middle-aged Bostonian Drunkard by his grandfather, who feared his grandson would be a wastrel.

By getting married, some of those funds are released to the Bostonian Drunkard.

And so the Bostonian Drunkard's befuddled by a dilemma.

He wants the money, which he can get only by getting married.

However, the Bostonian Drunkard's not too confident he wants to get married.

It's a choice between six of one thing, and half a dozen of another, opposite, thing.
