School board election in NY. Torn up ballots found in the trash. Likely ballot forgery.

But I was told by Democrats that voter fraud
doesn't exist is only done by Republicans. :whatever:

Let me guess. The torn up ballots were votes against the union shill-candidate(s).

Alabama Case Spotlights Reality of Noncitizens Voting in U.S. Elections
...
A case in Alabama has become an example some Republicans spotlight to show how, despite existing voting laws, some noncitizens have been able to participate in elections.
The battle played out in Alabama over several years when Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen identified 3,251 individuals in 2023 who were registered to vote in Alabama and had been issued noncitizen identification numbers by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). At the time, Allen said he was repeatedly denied help from the Biden administration. He also noted at the time it was possible for some of the individuals to have become naturalized citizens who are eligible to vote, and said the Secretary of State’s Office would allow them to update their information and participate in the civil process.
His efforts to clean up the voter rolls were blocked in court during the Biden administration, but under President Donald Trump, Allen was able to have 186 noncitizens who were registered to vote removed from the state’s voter file in January 2026. Allen partnered with the federal government to gain access to the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program, which is a program used to identify noncitizens registered to vote in different states. That program was also blocked by a federal judge in June.

Although they have already reached DEFCON-1 levels of bat-shit crazy, President Trump's prime time address tonight is going to make the leftists/media go bonkers. He's apparently going to speak at length about election interference, which really triggers the nutjob left. I look forward to it.

I'm willing to bet that the legacy Stasi media outlets WILL NOT cover this speech. For us who are interested (no baseball until tomorrow due to the All-Star break), the only TV places one will likely find the speech will be on Fox News, Newsmax, or online. Just my hunch.

U.S. networks face dilemma over whether to air Trump’s election security speech

NEW YORK, July 16 (Reuters) – U.S. television networks are weighing whether to carry a planned primetime address on Thursday by President Donald Trump, who is expected to focus his remarks on election security, four months before critical midterm elections.
Networks have historically carried most such speeches on the grounds that they provide information of public importance.
The White House is considering using the speech to disclose sensitive intelligence related to China’s intention or ability to interfere in the 2020 U.S. election, Reuters reported on Wednesday, which some Trump officials worry could be misleading.
...
Some Democrats, including U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, have urged networks not to air the speech, arguing Trump is likely to repeat debunked claims.
Spokespeople for the three major U.S. networks — ABC, CBS and NBC — did not respond to Reuters questions about whether they planned to carry the address live. CNN and Fox News also did not respond to a request for comment.

What are the odds they cut away for 5 minutes of Geritol, Ensure, Medicare Part C/D supplements and Viagra commercials after every 2 minutes of the President's address?
Just casually asking, you understand... :-)

As predicted by yours truly:
New: Trump's Primetime Speech Snubbed by NBC and ABC
President Donald Trump is delivering a major speech this evening. These are generally considered events worth covering (and stay tuned, because we'll be covering it here at RedState) and, out of respect for the office, if nothing else, the major media, legacy and new, should do the president the courtesy of covering the event.
I mean, the legacy media covered (and covered up) Joe Biden's adventures down Dementia Lane as well as Kamala Harris's eyebrow-furrowing word salads, after all.
Apparently, it's not that way anymore. Two major legacy media outlets, ABC and NBC, are giving the president the cold shoulder.
The New York Times chimed in as well.
Neither ABC nor NBC is planning to pre-empt regularly scheduled entertainment programming at 9 p.m. when Mr. Trump speaks. Fox News, which airs “Hannity” during that time slot, has not said if it will broadcast the president’s address.
CBS, CNN and MS NOW did not respond to inquiries about their programming plans for Thursday evening.
I'd make a guess, but... I'd be more than a bit surprised if Fox doesn't cover the speech, but CBS, CNN and MS NOW, well, I'd be even more surprised if they don't follow NBC and CBS's rather spiteful example.
The uncertainty is a direct result of the potential for Mr. Trump’s speech to become partisan or incendiary. The president is expected to raise the specter of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election, according to people familiar with his plans. Mr. Trump has said his address will concern election security, and that he has “really, really big news” to share.
If Mr. Trump makes unsubstantiated allegations of election rigging, network executives will need to decide whether to ask their anchors to break in and fact-check the president’s remarks, or wait until he is finished speaking to provide context.
Oh please. Like, no Democrat president ever made an unsubstantiated allegation? Besides, this reporting should be coverage, not analysis; do the analysis and commentary after the fact.
Let's face it, the treatment of President Trump by the legacy media has been shameful from the word go. From uneven coverage during campaigns to debate moderators openly challenging Mr. Trump's remarks, the legacy media have been clowning themselves at every turn.
But this isn't about the treatment of Donald John Trump, the man. This is about some elementary respect for the office of the President of the United States, no matter who sits in that chair. The major networks owe it to their viewers to present the president's remarks and let them, the voters, make up their own minds about what he said. The networks can bring out their talking heads after the president is finished. That's fine. That's how it's normally done.
But nothing about the legacy media's treatment of President Trump has been anything like how it's normally done.

Now, regarding the substance of the speech:
Trump Drops Bombshell Election Fraud Intel. Here’s What It Says.
That evidence is now public. The White House posted a batch of previously classified documents on a dedicated webpage, and they paint a picture of an election system compromised by hostile foreign governments and shielded by internal cover-ups. The administration is using the disclosures to push for voter ID, proof of citizenship, and tighter controls on mail ballots.
For years, officials assured Americans that election infrastructure, electronic voting machines, ballot-counting systems, all of it, was secure. The documents released this week directly contradict that claim.
"We judge that U.S. adversaries, including at a minimum Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea, as well as non-state groups, have the capability to compromise U.S. election infrastructure,” a declassified U.S. Intelligence Community assessment states. It also warned that "centralized election-related data repositories, such as voter registration databases, pollbooks, and official election websites, are most vulnerable to exploitation, and adversaries could use access to these systems to disrupt election processes."
The most alarming revelations include that the CIA reportedly obtained intelligence on a specific plot by the Maduro regime in Venezuela to digitally rig its own 2020 election, using methods designed to shift vote totals in ways that would survive an audit undetected. And starting around the 2020 cycle, China allegedly carried out that historic data heist, illicitly acquiring 220 million voter files containing names, addresses, phone numbers, and party affiliations, complete with a dedicated data exploitation unit assigned to the job.
And the worst part is that the Deep State inside U.S. intelligence agencies allegedly suppressed and downplayed the scale of China's theft, keeping it from the president and from the public. Spy agencies reportedly learned back in 2020 that tens of millions of voters' data across 18 states had been bought, stolen, or hacked by China.
Yet they sat on it.
Think it can’t get worse? The FBI files document large-scale voter registration fraud in Michigan, uncovered after state police raided a Democratic get-out-the-vote organization in Muskegon back in 2020 and referred the case to the FBI's Detroit office. Canvassers allegedly admitted to agents that they signed registration forms in other people's names, invented registrations for people who don't exist, and collected gift cards based on how many applications they churned out. FBI agents believed crimes had been committed. The Biden Department of Justice slow-walked the case for years. FBI Director Kash Patel has now been directed to make sure it's fully investigated and prosecuted.
Then there's the noncitizen problem.
A Department of Homeland Security review of state voter rolls found roughly 278,000 noncitizens registered to vote in federal elections, and officials believe the real number is far higher since some Democrat-led states refused to hand over their voter files.
Check out the site. Download the files. Review the evidence. Add it all up, you got hundreds of millions of voter files sitting in foreign hands, hackable voting machines, foreign meddling, fraud evidence that sat buried for years, and noncitizens and deceased voters still active on the rolls. All while U.S. elections continue without voter ID, without proof of citizenship, and without meaningful limits on mail ballots. Call me crazy, but that makes no sense.

Apologies to SSG Snuggle Bunny, as we (I) have hijacked this thread on a different tangent.
One more to add:
Hot Takes: Democrats Melt Down and Break Out the Talking Points After Trump Speech on Election Integrity
President Donald Trump's Thursday speech to the nation was short and compact. The new teleprompter person was a bit rusty, but he pulled it off without too many hiccups. As expected, the hiccups came from Democrats and the NeverTrumpers, who had already decided what the substance of the speech would be before Trump even uttered a word
The takeaways from the Democrats and the Left: Trump is a raving lunatic and is setting the stage to steal the 2026 midterms.
And they accuse Trump of being a conspiracy theorist?
Democrat Socialist Rep. Adelita Grijalva (AZ-07) teed it off, deciding five minutes into the speech that Trump was desperately trying to prop up his "dictator persona."
These are the DSA-types who want to rip apart the Constitution, abolish the presidency and the Electoral College. Sounds like that's more dictator-y than anything Trump was saying tonight.
Speaking of dictators, Gavin Newsom, the Governor King of California who is jonesing to be the 2028 Democrat nominee for president, was in Trump's mind and knows what he believes in: authoritarianism.
Then, from another account (he has five of them?), he called Trump's speech "the ramblings of a mad king," and claimed that Trump would rig 2026 to his benefit. Newsom encouraged everyone to "organize, show up, and vote!"
This is the same governor who stomped on the California constitution and a bipartisan redistricting committee which the voters chose, in order to redraw electoral maps to benefit Democrats. Now that President Trump is pushing election integrity, Newsom signed a law preventing any law enforcement, including federal election officials, from being able to access the voter rolls or voting technology without a court order.
As usual, Gavin is accusing someone else of what he is guilty of.
The Lincoln Project had this brilliant hot take.
The Lincoln Project
@ProjectLincoln
Donald Trump is declaring war on America's election officials
Same with Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA), who also accused Trump of wanting to rig 2026.
Mark Warner
Senate Democrats
@MarkWarner
Well folks, as expected, Trump revealed essentially nothing new.
His speech was just lies & long-debunked conspiracies about the 2020 election.
This is all just a prelude to interfere in our midterms — don’t fall for it.
Then Warner went on CBS, which only aired the portion of the speech they felt was relevant, to claim he was embarrassed for the president and demanded "responsible journalists" to push back on it. Since CBS initially was not going to air the speech, I'm not sure they could be lumped into that "responsible journalist" category Warner is talking about.
MS NOW what is their name? Did the same thing: cut away from pertinent information in the speech when they didn't like the substance of it.
There was also a plethora of "I listened to the speech so you don't have to," takes. As a citizen of the United States, it would behoove you to listen to it for yourself and make your own judgments. But pompous sows like Lawrence O'Donnell only want you to absorb their impressions.
Lawrence O'Donnell
@Lawrence
I watched the whole thing so you didn’t have to.
It was a 25 minute deranged pitch for one piece of legislation that has no chance of passing.
@TheLastWord 10pm
And riddle me this: if Trump is intent on rigging the 2026 midterms, you would think Democrat senators like Mark Warner would be invested in helping to ensure he isn't able to do this by voting for the SAVE America Act, which would not only institute Voter ID in all federal elections, but put up safeguards to combat election fraud.
The soy boys and girls of The Bulwark also had their panties twisted all up in their short hairs. Graham Platner apologist Sarah Longwell just couldn't wait to twist a speech about resolving the undermining of American elections into a ploy to delegitimize American elections.
Sarah Longwell
@SarahLongwell25
Trump is really terrified that Democrats might have some oversight after the 2026 election, so he preemptively working to delegitimize America’s elections. That’s all this speech was. Undermining American elections. Outrageous.
"The View" harpy Ana Navarro decided to go with the madman angle, and even attempted a diarrhea joke.
Ana Navarro-Cárdenas
@ananavarro
What a non-sensical prime time address or whatever that was. The rantings of a mad-man.
Dude must have consumed contaminated lettuce. But it affected the wrong orifice. He has explosive diarrhea of the mouth.
But the grand prize reaction probably comes from the failed former Vice President Kamala Harris, who wouldn't know election integrity if it served her a Ketel One. Harris claimed that the SAVE America Act is voter suppression, and that Trump is "attempting to distract from reality."
Kamala Harris
@KamalaHarris
Replying to @KamalaHarris
The SAVE Act is voter suppression.
It is part of a larger agenda of conservatives trying to steal power from the people.
Someone who blew $1.5 billion only to lose an election is not exactly in touch with reality.
Just saying...

New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill (D.) announced Tuesday that a "software error" in the state's Motor Vehicle Commission system registered 6,600 non-citizens to vote between June 2023 and June 2024 even though they had indicated they were not U.S. citizens on driver's license and ID applications.
New Jersey is one of approximately 31 states that has refused to provide full, unredacted voter registration lists to the Department of Justice for the Civil Rights Division's ongoing review of U.S. voter rolls.
Sherrill emphasized that the error happened "under the previous administration" and alleged that a preliminary analysis showed that fewer than 400 of these individuals actually cast ballots in elections.
Sherill was preceded by Democrat Governor Phil Murphy, who appears to have concealed the issue after it was caught in 2024.
She told reporters during a news conference Tuesday that it was unacceptable that the "previous administration" didn't bring the system error to light and demand accountability.

Mullin warns non-citizen voter registrations in NJ 'could be much higher'
https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/mullin-warns-non-citizen-voter-registrations-nj-could-be-much-higher (https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/mullin-warns-non-citizen-voter-registrations-nj-could-be-much-higher)
Secretary of Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin on Tuesday warned that the number of non-citizens registered to vote in New Jersey could be much higher than the 6,660 to which Gov. Mikie Sherrill, D-N.J., admitted on Tuesday.
Sherrill confirmed that a software glitch had led to the erroneous registration of non-citizens who confirmed they were not citizens while applying for driver's licenses.
Mullin responded to Sherrill's announcement, by offering to work with Sherrill to secure statewide elections.
The "software glitch" falsely reported people who checked "No" to the are-you-a-citizen question as having checked "Yes". That it took years for the State of NJ to discover this demonstrates that the State of NJ does not verify eligibility ... including anyone who did check "Yes".

Harmeet Strikes Immediately: DOJ Probe Launched After NJ Admits Allowing 400 Non-Citizens to Vote

Hours after New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill (D) publicly admitted that a software error had allowed nearly 400 non-citizens to actually cast ballots in the state, Dhillon fired off a formal letter launching a federal probe and demanding detailed records on the roughly 6,600 erroneously registered non-citizens—as well as specific voting information for those who cast ballots.
She called the revelation "unacceptable and illegal," while giving the state just five business days to respond.
"Ensuring that U.S. citizens’ votes are not illegally diluted by noncitizens’ votes is of paramount importance," Dhillon wrote. "We therefore write to formally request additional information to assess New Jersey’s compliance with various federal statutes ..."
Dhillon is asking the state to hand over the full names, dates of birth, nationalities, addresses, and registration details for the roughly 6,600 non-citizens who were wrongly added to the voter rolls. She also wants the specific voting records for the approximately 400 of them who actually cast ballots—including when and where they voted, plus any mail-in certifications or signatures if applicable.
She warned Sherrill to "please treat this correspondence as a request to preserve any and all records relating to today’s disclosure."
I love it when Republicans pounce on Dems' F-ups!

Software vendor disputes NJ governor's 'glitch' claim, says state approves foreigners on voter roll
The NJ government and its vendor now publicly dispute who was supposed to catch an error that allowed thousands of noncitizens to register to vote, raising direct questions about the integrity of the safeguards voters are told they can trust.
Just hours after New Jersey Democratic Gov. Mikie Sherril blamed a software glitch for thousands of non-citizens being registered to vote, the software company involved issued a statement disputing the claim.
IDEMIA, the software vendor for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, issued a statement saying it was the responsibility of the state government, which is completely controlled by Democrats, to verify eligibility to vote.
"IDEMIA works with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, and has for more than 40 years, to support the process through which eligible individuals may indicate their interest in registering to vote when applying for or renewing a driver's license or state-issued identification card. IDEMIA's role is to transmit information through the motor vehicle system," IDEMIA said in a statement to Just the News.
"The voter registration information is transmitted to the New Jersey Department of State, Division of Elections, which is ultimately responsible for verifying eligibility to vote. Information submitted by IDEMIA must still be validated and adjudicated by the Division of Elections."
https://justthenews.com/nation/states/software-vendor-disputes-nj-governors-glitch-claim-says-state-approved-foreigners

It is not clear to me whether IDEMIA denied that there is a "glitch" or that they pointed out that NJ did no verification of eligibility.

OK, some stoooopid questions:
If the SW reported “No” as “Yes”, how does the State of NJ know anyone selected “No”?
If the original license application forms were preserved, why wasn’t comparing those to what the SW reported the first step in verifying the applicant’s eligibility?
IDEMA appears to sell a DB application. It collects, stores, and selects/formats the data for users of the data. It does not verify the accuracy of the data. Whatever the “glitch” in the SW (if there is one), it was the job of the State of NJ to do the verification … that for years was not done.
As an aside, way back in the Clinton MalAdministration when “Motor Voter” was created, I saw it as being ripe for fraud. IMO, every state’s “Motor Voter” program needs to get audited for fraud.

A thread OP by SVPete:
King County, WA Director of Elections Email About Non-Citizen Being Registered to Vote
https://x.com/libsoftiktok/status/2080693269550260488
MAJOR SCOOP: Email obtained via FOIA shows Julie Wise, the Democrat-endorsed Director of Elections for King County, WA, ADMITTING that non-citizens were being registered to vote when getting a driver's license.
She then voices concern that the problem may be bigger than what the reports showed.
The email is dated 2019 ... from the Director of Elections of just one county. The registration error is at the state level, so every county in Washington had the same problem of non-citizens being registered to vote via Motor Voter. First the State of New Jersey admitted to 6,600 (wink! wink!) non-citizens being improperly registered to vote, now a county official in Washington admitted that her state-wide process had a similar defect.
IOW, it's not a question of IF any other states, but of how many other states. It's time to barrage states with FOIA requests similar to what Libs of TikTok did in Washington. Do it very publicly, very publicly expose every state that fails to respond within their legally allotted time, and very publicly announce and sue every state that pushes back.
Pesident G. H. W Bush vetoed a previous "National Voter Registration Act" that included Motor Voter. Congress passed and Clinton signed the National Voter Registration Act of 1993. I'm no genius, something I demonstrate regularly, but even way back then I knew that this would open US voter rolls to massive improper voter registrations.
The elections processes of Covid Year 2020 mean that every errantly-illegally registered non-citizen received primary and general elections ballots by mail. California, at least, continues to mail ballots to every registered voter - registered non-citizens, persons registered at multiple addresses, dead people lazily not removed from voter rolls.
-
The Department of Homeland Security recently said that “preliminary reviews” of voter records in California, New Jersey, Nevada, and Pennsylvania found the following.
190,832 non-citizens registered to vote in California.
35,152 non-citizens registered to vote in New Jersey.
15,903 non-citizens registered to vote in Nevada.
14,576 non-citizens registered to vote in Pennsylvania.

t's not just New Jersey, by the way, where non-citizens are getting onto the voter rolls. The only thing distinctive about New Jersey is that it has been in the news lately, because Mikie Sherrill could no longer cover all of it up.
Some states are much worse than others, of course, but there are so many loopholes in the voter registration system that even noncitizens who didn't think they were registering to vote wind up on the rolls.
Yet the voter registration system in New Jersey, and not only did they find that the system is filled with loopholes and vulnerabilities, but that it was an open secret—pretty much everybody knew it.
...
The subhead to POLITICO's story is quite apt: 'Democrats and Republicans agree the registration system is a mess.' Of course they all know that, but have done zip to fix it. You have to wonder why.
So what's the problem?
In May, a bipartisan duo of New Jersey state senators introduced a simple piece of legislation that got little public attention.
It would add one sentence to the state’s automatic voter registration law to make sure someone who indicates they aren’t a U.S. citizen won’t be prompted to register to vote.
The bill turned out to be extremely prescient.
That’s because Democratic Gov. Mikie Sherrill disclosed last week that a “software error” at the Motor Vehicles Commission led to roughly 6,600 noncitizens getting added to the state’s voter rolls. About 400 of them voted, she said.
...
But it also exposed an open secret about New Jersey’s so-called motor voter law that officials and political operatives have known for years: There’s little to stop noncitizens from registering to vote if they want to, or even by mistake. And election officials and campaign consultants from both parties believe that the number of noncitizens being added to the voter rolls is significantly higher than the 6,600 Sherrill cited — because the state has been automatically registering drivers since 2018, and her figure covers only June 2023 to June 2024.
Registering was the default, and even those who checked "No" were registered. There could be hundreds of thousands of non-citizens on NJ's voter rolls, and Sherrill, et al, are trying to obstruct investigation.
HOW MANY OTHER STATES?!

I think some or maybe all of the problem stems from giving a voter registration when they give out a drivers license

I'm no genius, as I demonstrate here frequently, :-) , but I knew when I heard of the Motor Voter idea that it would be a huge, wide-open, double-door to voter registration fraud. GHWB vetoed a Motor Voter law in 1991 or 1992, but Congress passed it again and Clinton - discredit where discredit is due - signed it into law in 1993. So there probably are 30+ years of fraudulent registrations in most/all US states.
