"UNDERAGE WOMEN" is an oxymoron. "UNDERAGE GIRL" is redundant.
A WOMAN is a legal adult. A GIRL is a female CHILD, a legal minor, by definition "underage". I am sick unto death of the twisted, rape-enabling, misogynistic, patriarchal, sexist, propaganda and psychological manipulation of "underage woman". The usages are deliberate, and intentional, designed to cover up crimes against females.
The media and the popaganda machines will not stop doing it, but that does not mean that good people continue to enable it by their own usage.

If men as a group decided tomorrow that you have zero rights as women, you'd have zero rights as women. I am quite sure that I don't need to post examples of other societies where men have done exactly that.
Men built this world and this society you live in...and built it so well and made it so comfortable that you have the privilege to complain about it, spewing your feminist nonsense. Men stand ready to do violence on your behalf, to protect you and your children and your rights. Men are the reason you aren't speaking german or japanese.

She may mean that "girl" is intrinsically an underage female, but even without the racist use, "girl" in reference to adult women is still current usage in some contexts (e.g. "You go, girl!"). Of course, pointing this out makes me a misogynist (in the same way many facts are DeFacto, Reich-Wing).
