she just missed the curb. she didnt "collapse".
tweety showed a short, highlighted clip of hillary's feet as she "collapsed". she quite clearly just missed that she was stepping off the curb. period.
that was what i thought from the first time i watched it. i have no doubt she would have righted herself on the next step if the ss hadnt grabbed her and lifter her into the car.
of course, there was not much comment on the clip, and tweety kept on referring to her "collapse".
now if that little detail fed into their narrative they would have been showing that view 24/7.

1. I'm strongly on her side, but she was about 2 feet from the curb. Ignoring doctors does that to ya.
I've had pneumonia twice. The first time i also ignored the doctor and ended up in the hospital. The second time, the memory of the first time made me a better listener.

2. nope. she was right at the curb. you can see a ss agent
coming around to her side stepping up on it.

in response to Big Mo
3. you are right
If the secret service agent had not grabbed her the next step would have been into the car. I'm 6-foot and one inch tall. It would have been a stretch for me to get in the car at 2 feet.

4. She blacked out or fainted
We can parse words all day long and I certainly wish she hadn't, but she absolutely did.
She didn't miss the curb. After she started to wobble she went forward and would've fallen had she not been held up by the people surrounding her. When her foot leaves the curb it's behind her because she did not have control of her mobility.
Not because she has Parkinsons or whatever BS the Republicans are slinging, but because she blacked out/fainted... BECAUSE SHE'S ILL and was dehydrated. It's really that simple.
Accept it. No conspiracy theory. She would NOT have righted herself on the next step. She would've been on the sidewalk without her staff.
It's okay. People faint.

Yea, I always lose my shoe and have things drop out of pant leg when I misstep. ::)

And they had to toss her inside like a side of beef. Also, the ss were quick to surround her with a shield, as if they do this all the time, and are very well trained to do so. They did not look shocked.
They're so funny when they quack their talking points to each other. What's the point in that? Isn't that a big waste of time?

I will let my post from earlier speak for itself.

Sorry, Maureen. Cankles passed out, lost a shoe, and probably loaded her drawers with about $25,000 worth of seared sea scallops from the previous night's fundraiser.
And add me to the number of people who think she has a body double. Which I FULLY support, I mean, if I was cursed with having to look like that sorry ****, I'd try to squeeze a few bucks out of it, too.
(But if I looked like you, Mo, I'd kill myself, as should you, because you look like yourself.)

These loons actually think their yammering is meaningful in the sane world outside the DUmp.
It really is quite an amusing narcissism they have.

If it was as simple as missing the curb, Mrs Clinton and her people wouldn't have had a need to come up with the pneumonia excuse.

I suppose she was just trying to demonstrate her downward dog yoga pose. :rotf:

Man, that was cruel.

Man, that was cruel.
Some would say deplorable.

Have you all seen the Movie Blue Velvet? I was always creeped out by the guy in the yellow sport coat. Watching the video of Hillary was unsettling in exactly the same way.

If she only missed the curb, then why would she have left her shoe? That makes no sense.

Methinks if this had been Trump, you would be singing a different tune.

She was leaned up against that post with someone holding on to her. She is clearly swaying side to side. All of this before the SUV shows up.
Add it up.

It made me think of something a little different:

What stuck out the most to me were her head movements. Her head was moving in a way that people don't normally do.

In my opinion, she was out on her feet with the first step toward the van. Out, Done, no clue where she was or who she is.
-
Why are they in denial about her condition? All those people standing around her trying to look inconspicuous caught her just in the nick of time before her face smacked into the van or the curb--something very hard. She is on blood thinners--a fall like that on concrete could be fatal for her. She should be in a wheelchair. What would be so wrong with that? Do leftists have a problem with handicapped people? She wouldn't have to hide herself away like she has been doing. She needs to admit that she has an impairment and then come out of hiding, but in a wheelchair, not risking her life from a fall while walking around.
