GOP lawmakers ask FBI if it had Hunter Biden laptop during Trump’s impeachment

--- Quote ---More than a dozen GOP members of the House of Representatives have asked the FBI to reveal if the agency was in possession of the laptop that contained emails between Hunter Biden and top officials at a Ukrainian energy company during impeachment proceedings against President Trump.

The 19 GOP lawmakers sent a letter to the FBI Thursday, arguing it would have been a “gross error in judgment” if the agency had the material but withheld it from Trump’s legal team.

“If the FBI was, in fact, in possession of this evidence and failed to alert the White House to its existence that would have given even more weight to the president’s legal defense, this was a gross error in judgment and a severe violation of trust,” states the letter, which was published by Fox News.

The letter comes a day after The Post published a report that indicated Hunter Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma. Joe Biden’s campaign said there’s no record of such a meeting in his schedules.

Yes, The Hunter Biden Emails Are Authentic by Larry C Johnson

--- Quote ---This is the story of an American patriot, an honorable man, John Paul Mac Isaac, who tried to do the right thing and is now being unfairly and maliciously slandered as an agent of foreign intelligence, specifically Russia. He is not an agent or spy for anyone. He is his own man. How do I know? I have known his dad for more than 20 years. I've known John Paul's dad as "Mac." Mac is a decorated Vietnam Veteran, who flew gunships in Vietnam. And he continued his military service with an impeccable record until he retired as an Air Force Colonel. The crews of those gunships have an annual reunion and Mac usually takes John Paul along, who volunteers his computer and video skills to record and compile the stories of those brave men who served their country in a difficult war.

This story is very simple--Hunter Biden dropped off three computers with liquid damage at a repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware on April 12, 2019. The owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, examined the three and determined that one was beyond recovery, one was okay and the data on the hard drive of the third could be recovered. Hunter signed the service ticket and John Paul Mac Isaac repaired the hard drive and down loaded the data. During this process he saw some disturbing images and a number of emails that concerned Ukraine, Burisma, China and other issues. With the work completed, Mr. Mac Isaac prepared an invoice, sent it to Hunter Biden and notified him that the computer was ready to be retrieved. Hunter did not respond. In the ensuing four months (May, June, July and August), Mr. Mac Isaac made repeated efforts to contact Hunter Biden. Biden never answered and never responded. More importantly, Biden stiffed John Paul Mac Issac--i.e., he did not pay the bill.

When the manufactured Ukraine crisis surfaced in August 2019, John Paul realized he was sitting on radioactive material that might be relevant to the investigation. After conferring with his father, Mac and John Paul decided that Mac would take the information to the FBI office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mac walked into the Albuquerque FBI office and spoke with an agent who refused to give his name. Mac explained the material he had, but was rebuffed by the FBI. He was told basically, get lost. This was mid-September 2019.

Two months passed and then, out of the blue, the FBI contacted John Paul Mac Isaac. Two FBI agents from the Wilmington FBI office--Joshua Williams and Mike Dzielak--came to John Paul's business. He offered immediately to give them the hard drive, no strings attached. Agents Williams and Dzielak declined to take the device.

The FBI told John Isaac to get lost as he comprising information of Hunter Biden.

--- Quote ---The failure here is not John Paul's. He did his job. The FBI dropped the ball and, by extension, the Department of Justice. Sadly, this is becoming a disturbing, repeating theme--the FBI through incompetence or malfeasance is not doing its job.

Any news outlet that is publishing the damnable lie that John Paul is part of some subversive effort to interfere in the United States Presidential election is on notice. That is slander and defamation. Fortunately, the evidence from Hunter Biden's computer is in the hands of the FBI and Rudy Giuliani and, I suspect, the U.S. Senate. Those with the power to do something must act. John Paul Mac Isaac's honor is intact. We cannot say the same for those government officials who have a duty to deal with this information.

Why Is The FBI's Top Child Porn Lawyer Involved In Hunter Biden Laptop Case?

--- Quote ---The recent New York Post bombshell reports on Hunter Biden's alleged laptop contents included a curious piece of evidence - a photograph of an FBI subpoena which bears the signature of the agency's top child porn investigator, special agent Joshua Wilson.

According to the Post, a laptop was dropped off at a Delaware computer repair shop by a man believed by the owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, to be Hunter Biden. The shop owner made a copy of the hard drive before turning it over to the FBI, which includes incriminating emails detailing alleged Biden family corruption in Ukraine and China, as well as a 'raunchy, 12-minute video that appears to show Hunter smoking crack while engaged in a sex act with an unidentified woman,' as well as 'numerous other sexually explicit images.'

FBI agent Wilson's identity was confirmed by both Western Journal and Business Insider, the latter of which compared his signature to a 2012 criminal complaint and concluded that it "clearly matches the unreversed signature on the subpoena published by the New York Post."

EXCLUSIVE: Allegations Hunter Biden stored child pornography on laptop sent to FBI

--- Quote ---Allegations that Hunter Biden stored photos of child pornography on his laptop computer have been forwarded to the FBI for investigation, the Washington Examiner has learned.

In an interview at the Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C., Tuesday evening, Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's personal attorney, said Hunter Biden, son of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, engaged for years in potentially criminal sexual behavior, while Biden family members knew about it and tried to stop him.

The Washington Examiner did not see any such photographs and has not confirmed that they exist. Giuliani did not provide evidence of his allegations. The former mayor of New York did, however, show the Washington Examiner sexually explicit photographs on a laptop, which appeared to be of Hunter Biden and various adult women.

“The underage stuff has been given to the police. Let them decide. Let’s see what they’re going to do with it,” Giuliani said, adding, “we went there in person.”

This is getting more serious.

--- Quote ---When asked why the local police or state attorney general’s office wouldn’t look into the claims themselves, Marshall said that “there’s nothing I can really comment on the particulars as to what is or is not on the hard drive” but that, in his view, “referring it to the FBI is not doing nothing.”

Marshall said: “In Delaware, we frequently deal with child endangerment cases and take them very seriously, and there is nothing in the handling of this case that deviates from that.” He did not comment on the specific allegations made by Giuliani.

“Whatever is sort of happening with this from this point forward is with the FBI,” Marshall said. “I can tell you that the [Delaware] DOJ is not investigating Mr. Biden, never has been, and that we’re not in possession of — and I don’t know if it was on another thumb drive or if it was actually another hard drive, whatever, but we’re not in possession of whatever it was that Mr. Giuliani brought into New Castle County PD. The FBI has it. I can confirm to you that the FBI has it.”

Marshall emphasized that in Delaware, the attorney general has “all of the prosecutorial authority for the state,” including “criminal jurisdiction, which is why the police would normally call us, really in any situation where someone came forward to them believing that either a crime had occurred or trying to report anything.” Despite this broad criminal authority, he said that no investigators in Delaware are looking into Giuliani’s allegations.
