BTW, IIRC, the whole micro-kerfuffle with Alito is that his wife displayed an American flag upside down because of the Karenage of a neighbor and also flew the historic Pine Tree flag. Progs are Himalayanizing an imaginary ant hill because they hate how they think Alito will rule on one or more cases.

Just started a related comical thread on just who else has been flying the "Appeal to Heaven" flag. There are other examples of the BLM and assorted lefty groups using it, but happened upon this article today:

Guess Where the 'Appeal To Heaven' Flag Hung Until Very Recently?

Beautiful Downtown San Francisco!

There are several things you can always count on from the left. Two of those things involve hatred, of Donald Trump and America, but the other is the fact that they will be totally unaware of any hypocrisy, no matter how obvious on their part about any given topic.

The recent flap over Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito and the various flags flying in front of his homes is yet another example of their being complete and utter frauds. In this case, the best part is that the hypocrisy was recently displayed in a true blue city:

For those of you who may not be up to speed, my colleague Bonchie recently reported on a three-year-old story in both the New York Times and the Washington Post. The story was about an upside-down American flag, a signal of extreme stress flying in front of the home of Justice Alito. After the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot, the left twisted the meaning of the upside-down flag into some sort of symbol of "insurrection." Justice Alito said the flag was hung at their home by his wife over a spat with a neighbor. The appearance of the flag prompted several Democrats to call for Alito to recuse himself from any Jan. 6-related cases. Alito promptly told said Democrats to pound sand on Wednesday. It was glorious.

But wait, the upside-down American flag was not the only flag flying in front of an Alito residence. There was also an "Appeal to Heaven flag flying above the Alitos' beach house.

If you are not familiar with the Appeal to Heaven flag, it has its roots in the Revolutionary War. It was created in 1775 at the request of George Washington to be flown on colonial battleships so they could recognize each other. It was first adopted by the Provincial Congress of Massachusetts after the battle of Lexington and Concord, the full phrase being, "Appealing to Heaven for the justice of our cause, we determine to die or be free." No Christian Nationalism or right-wing extremism about it:

But while Democrats and the left jump up and down, and yell and scream about how "extreme" the Appeal to Heaven flag is, an interesting fact has come to light. It seems that the flag has flown high above the Civic Center Plaza in, wait for it, San Francisco. It gets better; not only has the flag been flown in one of America's most left-wing cities, but it has apparently been flying there for decades. In light of the Alito "controversy," it was taken down on May 25.

Eighteen flags have flown in the Plaza over the years since 1964, each one celebrating “a key moment in or symbol in American history." Past flags have included the bright yellow "Don't Tread On Me" flag largely associated with the Tea Party movement in the early 2000s and a Texas Lone Star flag. But alas, it is San Francisco of course. In 1964 when the "Pavillion of American Flags" debuted, American history was not as problematic in San Francisco as it is today.

Such pearl clutching over a nylon flag.

After I replied to frank I saw where it was posted that Merchan has instructed the jury they don't have to be unanimous or even have to decide on a crime.  He will consider a 4-4-4 decision as unanimous.

Is that real?  I've seen it reported by CNN and FOX.  If that's true, what in the absolute HELL is going on??

This is bad.  Really bad.  This is something that very well kick off a civil war and I'm not kidding.

A Mechanic's Lien may be on personal property (e.g. a car) or on real estate. The info suggests the the late-Boog's pet human had some repair work done on his house and didn't pay the contractor.

Very likely that the contractor did not understand him about what work needed to be performed.

Maybe Buggee 2.0 is less than credulous since there's no Russia! Russia! Russia! connection.
