My tank guys would think this job was a picnic, and that's not a boast, it's a fact. The inside of the tanks we work on reach temperatures in the 150 degree range, and they do it all. day. long! 10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.

I cannot think of a worse place to be than in the Everglades in the Summer.
So, I wonder what it will be like to work there. If you have a mass incarceration facility, you need a large staff to just do the basics. Those jobs will definitely not be desirable ones, at any pay level. So, how do they get people to show up and work there?
