it was OK. I didn't feel denied.
All the Pepsi is gone now. it was there for comfort while i was recuperating but no more.

I eat a bag of cheesy flavor rice crisps and a vitamin water (orange) when I watch my movies.
the cheesy part is fattening but the whole bag is only 3 ounces. so I'm eating air.
further, the vitamin water is 120 calories but it is a 100% better than Pepsi.

I have yet to get Crystal Light powders, but its a goal of mine.

my goal is to lose 200 pounds. I need to look good for all the hot chickybabes out there.

In the past two weeks, I've lost 25 lbs. by eating pork, beef, and some leafy green stuff. For breakfast, Greek yogurt and berries.

My goal is to lose another 25 lbs. Minimum.

Hell, I could afford to lose another 75 lbs, but that ain't gonna happen.

Just bein' real...... :-)

I'm not aiming to be perfect. but  I do want to spend a fortune in new clothes, I want to get in shape and be different. Most of all I want to go back to Disney and walk all day.
I'm getting old and I just can't live like i used to.

The Crystal Light powder drinks are pretty good. I've only used the individual packages because their handy to take along.

Pretty good stuff, before it came out I used to use artificial sweetener and raspberry Kool-Aid, and keep a pitcher in the fridge.

Since I retired five years ago, I haven't gotten as much exercise and gained about 50 pounds I'd love to lose, mostly in the first year.  The problem is that a lot of the skeletal system don't work so good now, and those years of using it hard are collecting their payback now, which makes it impossible to work it off like I used to do.

There are a lot of vitamin waters that have zero calories, too.  Like Sobe water zero.  I imagine the Crystal Light is way more economical, though.

My philosophy about diet foods is more around portion control.  Diet foods can be so depressing, for example, tasteless boiled chicken or fish with tasteless vegetables that I don't like anyway.  Salad with lemon juice?  Lord, take me now.  I keep weight in control by eating what I like, just not much of it.  And no sugar at all, anywhere.
