Well, the cooking and baking primitives are still looking for dear old sweet Lu.

On another note, I have not heard back from Lucinda. Does anyone have her phone number? I'll call if you do.
http://www.democraticunderground.com/115745128<<<knows what happened to dear old sweet Lu, but that's for franksolich to know, and the primitives to find out.
Now, dear old sweet Lu was an improvement over the gone-away nasty mean vile hippywife primitive Mrs. Alfred Packer, but one has to remember that
just about any primitive would've been an improvement over Mrs. Alfred Packer.
Under dear old sweet Lu's leadership, the cooking and baking forum, once the liveliest, most animated of the "little" forums on Skins's island, grievously declined to where it now draws barely more traffic than the bird-watchers' forum.
This was because dear old sweet Lu didn't do anything to keep it that way, hardly ever posting an original topic, hardly ever engaging in discussion with her fellow primitives, and taking days off, long vacations. Looking at herself as the queen bee, apparently she thought posting-and-commenting, which is work, was for drones to do, not her.
And so over time, some of the most active primitives in the forum, noticing the boss wasn't lifting a finger, figured, "Well, if dear old sweet Lu's to lazy to post and comment, why should I?" and wandered away.
So the loss of dear old sweet Lu's no loss at all.

Now, perhaps it's time for Judy grasswire to don that funny hat and cape, jam a pipe into her mouth, and with magnifying glass in hand, Sherlock-Holmes-like get on the trail of finding out what happened to dear old sweet Lu.
It's a long trail, but because I'm a nice guy, I'll help her out, get her started.
Judy grasswire needs to check out primitives
formerly active in the cooking-and-baking forum, who'd been really happy and enthusiastic about hanging there, but who've since wandered away, disgruntled because dear old sweet Lu wasn't keeping it up, keeping it stimulated.
