Interesting....Eboma/valjar waited until next week to do this. Takes the midterms right of the front page and I think Eboma is going out of the country next week as well.

Shit's gonna be nasty if the Grand Jury lets Wilson off.

I've got a feeling that it won't be limited to MO.

It won't. When the Fuhrman verdict triggered the riots in Watts, Compton and the like, we had similar "concerned citizens" taking to the streets in Seattle as well.

Apparently, (p)outrage over violations of "social justice" isn't limited to the jurisdiction where the alleged violation was purpetrated. (Who knew, right?)  :whatever:

We've been lucky so far.  There haven't been any of these "sympathy" protests/riots around here, yet.   Hopefully those few local denizens that feel the need to protest will make the short drive to St. Louis and do their looting there.

There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

Not as surprised as libs like Piers Morgan when they get accused of the "white" version of it.

Protesters reportedly planning to shut down Missouri city after Brown decision
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/11/14/protesters-reportedly-planning-to-shut-down-missouri-city-after-brown-verdict/?intcmp=latestnews

Quote
Protesters in Missouri are reportedly planning to shut down Clayton following a grand jury decision on whether a suburban St. Louis officer who shot unarmed teen Michael Brown should face charges.

The protesters want to financially hurt Clayton, a city of roughly 15,000 residents that borders St. Louis, where organizers met late Thursday to hopefully attract hundreds if not thousands of people to show up on the first workday after the grand jury reaches a decision, KTVI reports.

The protesters will meet in public spaces and may spread out in small groups, possibly to take part in civil disobedience like shutting down roads.

This could get bad regardless of Darren Wilson is indicted or not.

Decision (not to indite) is imminent, and it's really cold there right now. Jackass governor of the state has deployed the MO National Guard. Obama met with "the protestors" last week and told them to "stay the course".

This might be overly ambitious for the protestors, but it's not a good thing.

I was supposed to have a lay-over for a couple of hours tomorrow afternoon in that very same airport but am trying to make other plans just in case.

Sure looks like it.  I wonder if they'll move into place before releasing the verdict.

And now this! :thatsright:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/police-in-st-louis-agree-to-rules-of-engagement-for-protests-after-grand-jury-decision/2014/11/18/75107438-6f5a-11e4-893f-86bd390a3340_story.html

Someone will **** up, and all Hell will break loose.

Here are Big Dog's rules of engagement for the rioters:
1. Stand on the street or taxpayer-owned land and shout: knock yourself out. That's what the First Amendment is for. Just so long as nothing gets broken or torched, nothing gets stolen, and nobody gets hurt.
2. Trespass on private property, or damage property (including taxpayer-owned property): you will go to jail.
3. Loot: private property owners are within their rights to defend their property. If you survive, you will go to jail.
4. Commit violence: you will have violence committed against you. If you survive, you will go to jail.

I think my rules are eminently reasonable.
Government is the negation of liberty.
