Is This A Scam Of Some Kind?

Wasn't sure where to post this?

I just received a call.
Didn't answer because the phone display showed this: V62317111700030 and my own phone number beneath it!?

Can't find any info on that V623 .. number and I don't understand why my number is also being shown as calling me?

Any ideas?

Sometimes when Verizon calls me it comes up like that.  Do you have them for phone or cable services?

Email spam is bad enough... I'm getting voicemail spam on my phone as well.
