No, the dogs are begging to be put down. Something about feeling "so dirty".
well, in a case like this.. its normal behavior for the dogs - so you cant trust them around other humans. they will want to have sex with everything.. and so, they just have to be put down.
Well hopefully the "other humans" will be wearing clothes.

how will clothing stop an already-identified "aggressive" dog from not hurting a kid or an adult?
i'm the biggest dog lover in the world, believe me, i have a mutt and he is a huge member of this family... but if he bites a child or starts to go a bit aggressive, no matter what the reason, he has to go.
now, we already know that the cops said these dogs were agressive... what more does anyone need to know?
They were screwing her, not biting chunks out of her, and humping is behavior that just about any male dog will do on anything shaped even a little bit like another dog if not trained out of it. Cops unfortunately see almost all dogs owned by people they apprehend as 'Aggressive' since the dogs are naturally protective and the cop is a stranger dragging the dog's master off coercively.
You seem to be putting a lot into one line which undersheriff has already backed away from, are you hankering for some Oriental food or something?
