Well, there's that.  Trying to organize a trip up between your moves, being sick, and Biersmythe and my work/school schedules has been quite the challenge.

I was at Oscar's Adirondack Smokehouse on Saturday, and my cousin convinced me to try their chocolate-covered bacon.  Great stuff!  He told me that they only make it one day per week, and it goes fast.  I was able to taste why that happens.
