Ralph Nader says Barack Obama is an insensitive con-man

Speaking at the 92nd Street Y cultural center in New York City last week, consumer advocate Ralph Nader made it clear that he was no supporter of President Barack Obama.

Nader mocked Democrats for saying they wanted to increase the minimum wage but doing nothing about it. He was particularly scornful about Obama’s position and lack of assertion regarding the issue.

“He proposed $9.50 by 2011 in 2008,” Nader explained. “Never said anything about it in four years. Then he goes to the State of the Union, and he has a great minute and a half on a $9 minimum wage by 2015 or something. And he has never said anything since.”

He added that there had never “been a bigger con-man in the White House.”

5. **** this shit from Nader

What a stupid, false statement.

If he thinks Obama is a con-man, he really must not be aware of the history of the presidency of the 20th century.

Honestly.

He's jumped the shark.

Who said what the rest of us, who are actually paying attention, have been saying for a while. Slowly now, Gore won the election, stepped to the side for the good of the nation. Hell, Gore has said that too.

So how about you finally place the blame where it belongs, the United Sates Supreme Court.
How about Al Gore? It should never have been in the court.

Yes, he is alive. There is something called the Internet. Use it.

They just can't help it.  As soon as something is said about Dear Leader that is less than complimentary, they mindlessly fall into their pre-programmed pack mentality and go after the offender. Dear Leader couldn't ask for easier dupes to con.

If I recall correctly they were all agog to vote for Nader cause Kerry wasn't progressive enough for them.

And they say we are the brainwashed ones.   :mental: :mental:

When you read that thread, the complete fealty to 0bama demonstrated there, it reinforces my view that this will not end peacefully. There is no reasoning with the 0bamanoughts. I truly believe that if given the chance the 0bama cult would send anybody that disagrees with their leader to the showers. It won't be our side that starts this, it will be theirs.

Now it hits me that I post often that my father would say "The people that think they are smart are the easiest to fool."  I have never seen that disproved and the DUmp gives that adage all the proof one would ever need. The question I had was why would there be so many more people that think they are smart? Well then I thought of all this self esteem BS taught in the leftist indoctrination centers (AKA public schools). Now we have lots of pretty stupid and easily led people thinking they are smart. The leftists were very cunning in deciding to do this. Now they have a good percentage of the population thinking they are smart and being smart means freedom and liberty and stupid concepts.

War is peace.
Ignorance is strength.
etc

The left took 1984 not as a warning but as an instruction manual and we sane people didn't see it happening in time. That's too bad as lots of people that think they are smart are going to be dead. As all progressive regimes have proven it will be done by the thing that they worked so hard to bring about. I won't shed a tear for them.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
