Angry Clinton Supporters Start Rallying for McCain Online

They're mad as hell, and Hillary Clinton's supporters aren't going to take it anymore.

Some Clintonites are so mad about Barack Obama's Tuesday victory that they've launched a web site to build support to launch a lobbying group to support Republican John McCain.

"We're going to run campaign ads to defeat Obama," says Ed Hale, a 63-year-old rancher and a Clinton supporter from Wellington, Texas. "We have doctors, lawyers, CPAs, the blue bloods, and then we have rednecks like me. It's a very diversified organization."

(snip)

Hale launched the "Hillary Clinton Supporters for John McCain" group last Saturday. The campaign claims to have 5,000 supporters, and its website visitor counter says that it has already attracted 37,8071 visitors.

"Last night, when they crowned Obama king, that's when I sent my e-mails out to people, and since then, we've gotten thousands of hits," he says.

Hale, a Vietnam veteran and a long-time Democrat, says that many of the group's supporters are Reagan Democrats, and their primary concern is foreign policy and defense. A call to the Texas Democratic Party confirmed that he was supposed to have been a delegate to the state convention this week.

Reagan Democrats my ass. They're Republicans.

Watch this one get its 15 minutes, then fade.

You know, the primitives don't understand that this is a "non-issue" with Republicans.

It's likely that a few supporters of Hillary Clinton will end up voting for John McCain, but a much larger percentage, maybe perhaps half, will grudgingly vote for Barry "Goldwater" Obama.

But there's no point in courting the few supporters of Hillary Clinton who will end up voting for John McCain; best just to leave them alone.

However, because of the sheer Hatred and contempt of the Obamaites for the worthier Democrat candidate and her supporters, there's much that can be mined from this, to the extent of subtly encouraging millions of supporters of Hillary Clinton from voting for president at all in November.

I'm guessing that if things are done right, anywhere between 33-40% of the supporters of Hillary Clinton can be encouraged to skip voting for president (but of course they'll vote for candidates for lower offices)--and the Hatred and contempt of the Obamaites for the worthier Democrat candidate and her supporters makes our job easier, a whole lot easier.

3. "Reagan Democrats" tells the story

They were never Democrats, just disenchanted right wing types who claimed to have been Democrats in the past. I have one of those in my family, an uncle who calls himself a "Reagan Democrat". The truth is he hasn't voted for a Democrat since Harry Truman.

I suspect that many of these really radical Hillary "supporter" sites belong to people like that and that real Democrats who support Hillary do not have that kind of animosity toward Obama and will vote for him once theey have some time to deal with their disappointment and emotions.

I don't think they will, not after we get done reminding them how much the Obamaite primitives Hate them.

4. Their Anger has Turned to Insanity. This is why it was so wrong for Clinton to tout McCain

Because she said so many nice things about McCain, her more insane and/or idiotic supporters are flocking to McCain out of insane anger. And it's anger that she created within them. She could have assuaged that anger by endorsing Obama on Tuesday night.

Yeah, right.

Sore losers? Crybabies? Sounds an awful lot like 2000.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

Of course the sure way to get these supporters of Hillary back in to the democrat fold is to call them names and insult them.

More from the gifted, talented, and tolerant.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Democrats don't tolerate free thinkers. You see what happens when someone strays from the "group think".

15. Is a "Reagan Democrat" really a Democrat? Would they have supported FDR's
programs? How do they feel about unions? Health care? Women's right to choose?

The term "Reagan Democrat" is as inherently oxymoronic as "Gay Republican". The two words should never be uttered together in the same breath...
Right up there with military intelligence, jumbo shrimp, and of course, honest politician.

I've got a newsflash for you morons: You do not get to define what a Democrat is, nor do you get to set the platform for the entire Democrat party, though it seems you have managed to co-opt quite a slice of it.

The Democrat party was around for eons before any of you numbnuts were even a drunk and horny idea in your parents' heads. My father and grandfathers were Democrats. That was back when Democrats stood for low taxes, small government, strong defense and just a few laws or programs that helped a working man avoid being run over in life. Somehow, in the last 40-odd years you managed to wrest it away from the adults and have used it as a launching pad for every harebrained, perverted, amoral, unAmerican, dipshit social engineering idea that oozed out of your drug-addled grey matter.

Fortunately, it appears there may still be a few level headed moderate-to-conservative Dems out there hanging on to the last shreds of their party's sanity. God bless 'em.

It will be amusing to watch the democrat party "try" to unite itself in the coming months.

  • Make America Great Again. Deport some DUmmies.
This is entertaining :D though I wonder how many of these sites will still be active come November..

Anyway, Obama has some hard decisions to make - the first is Veep.

Choose Hillary and make every Conservative vote against the Dems regardless of what they think of McCain, as well as wrecking the whole 'New Politics" message he has sold to the moonbats.

Ignore Hillary and lose a good part of her base to McCain , 3rd parties, or to nonvotes.
