She's better. Well-hydrated now, and happy to be at work. She slept all night, waking me up at 5:45 to go out.

 :yahoo:

"Well-hydrated."  What did you expect? :whistling:

Chase her.
Chase her even when she's yours.
That's the only way you'll be assured to never lose her.

Glad to hear Velvet's on the mend. No dog likes to be sick, and no dog likes to lose control of bowels. They're just not wired that way.

When I walk my 3 dogs, Lexie, our alpha, tends to latch onto the most disgusting things she can (until I wrestle it out of her mouth -- ugh).

I'm constantly amazed she doesn't have every intestinal bug on the planet.

I never was able to understand a dog's sense of smell.
Depending on breed dogs can smell up to 1,000 times better than a human.
As a human(purportedly) I smell disgusting smells that are revulsive.
But my dogs smell the same smell 1,000 times more potently and not only are they not repulsed by it, they love it, they splendor in it, they revel in it.

There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.
