One nice thing about most WalMarts is that for any 0bamaite picketers to be on public property, they'll be a thousand feet from the door.

The one thing that I don't understand is that I have a couple of family members that work at the Walmart here, and they've never put down Walmart. They seem to like it there.

Just a curiosity question, but when you protest, shouldn't you protest when a lot of people are actually going to be shopping there? the event for Secaucus NJ is planned for Fri. at 12:30PM, aren't most of the people shopping on Black Friday done well before that time? why aren't they getting up early to protest? Just looking at the other protest places, there's just 1 protest at 5AM, a few at 9AM, a few around noon, I see a 3:30PM and 4PM protest, and I see 1 scheduled for Thurs. at 8PM.

Also there's around 5,000 Walmarts in the US, and the protests are only going to be at 20 stores, so that's what? not even 1/2 of 1% of stores that will have protests?

And I expect a few stores to not do it. But we have had walk ours and other actions already. No, DUmbass, only a few might do it.

I have also talked to workers who work at warehouses, and the conditions are horrific. You lie again. You haven't talked to anybody.

For the record, I am not the only one to notice,yes you are there are more labor stories than there used to be. I call this birth pains for a new labor movement. I hope this is not as painful as the previous one.  More like a painful bowel movement cause you're just plain full of sh**.

Try parking a thousand feet away from any Wal Mart around here and your either parking in another businesses lot or someones back yard. None of which is a good idea if you have no reason to be there.

When was anyone seeking a career in retial expecting to start out making $35,000 a year plus benefits?

When you had to "work for welfare" Wal Mart was a popular place, as the adults only needed to work 20 hours a week to keep their benefits from the state.

90% of the people that complain about Wal Mart shop there.  :bird:

Our closest Walmart is in a shopping center with so many other stores.  Those include Home Depot, Sam's Club, Best Buy, Babies R Us, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond, Petsmart, etc.  I don't think there will be any open spaces during the start of Black Friday until about 2pm.  I'm going to Target tomorrow.  After the Black Friday crowd is mostly gone.  I will try to go after dinner.  We need some Christmas lights!  :)
