Two weeks after lay off & still no interviews....

Except for head hunters....

Very depressing.

And you can't wait to vote for four more years of this.  :mental:

2. Two weeks?

No. 1: Apply for unemployment tomorrow. You will get it.

No. 2: Two weeks? Try 20 months.

I don't understand, unemployment is at record lows of 7.8% and they still can't find jobs? If you can't find a job in the bestest economy ever then you are really screwed.  :rotf:

Four more years, of unemployment checks.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Doesn't surprise anyone. You're a DUmmie.

Wonder if the idiot ever applied for employment?
Probably not.
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

And they get pissed off when asked if they're better off now than 4 years ago. :loser:
25 years ago we had Ronald Reagan, Johnny Cash and Bob Hope.  Now we have Obama, no hope and no cash.

The DUches are the same as the people that were put in gulags and asked "Does Stalin know about this?"  Wait the Germans that got a shovel and worked 12 hours a day in the sun to build the autobahn for Hitler. They all were enthusiastic for a messiah too and would ask "Does Hitler know about this?"

Wile B. Obama is no different other than not being as smart.

If you've unemployed for 20 months or for 3 years and are still voting for Dear Leader, then that should be a sign to them as to why no one wants to hire them  Obviously they're idiots and the word "STUPID" is written on their foreheads.

Liberal thinking is a two-legged stool and magical thinking is one of the legs, the other is a combination of self-loating and misanthropy.  To understand it, you would have to be able to sit on that stool while juggling two elephants, an anvil and a fragmentation grenade, sans pin.

Every single person I know that's willing to work has found a job. Even the hand full unwilling have stumbled into several. They're there. They may not pay $25 an hour but what whiny  bitch ass DUmmie is worth anywhere near minimum anyways?  :whistling:

That is because they didn't include California in the numbers last month. This month they did, so it will be back up to 8.3% next month.

5. Get your resume perfected if it isn't already, and consider posting on dice.com, monster.com, indeed.com, etc. but make sure your résumé is for prime time before you do that

Make sure you're not missing any important words!   :lmao:  Also, seek out RSmith for advice on cover letters.

What is it that this DUmmie was doing for a living?  Can he afford to start his own business?

I surprised myself when after my fourth interview, I realized that I didn't want to work for any of the people that interviewed me.  I like to work, why shouldn't I be the one that actually derives the benefit of it?  That's what has me doing the work I am doing right now, with no guarantees.

Exactly.  I have not known one person that didn't get another job within 3 months.  My VP brother got laid off and had another VP job a month later.  Crap, VP jobs are rare.

Obama all by himself created 600,000 part time jobs last month so there are plenty of 24-28 hours/week jobs out there.

Welcome to a fundamentally changed America, a better more third world America that is ruled by men and not laws.
