Ah, the good old "Nigerian 419" scam.  I got hooked for a while lurking the 419 Eater forum (http://www.419eater.com/).  These are certifiably sick folks who scam the scammers. I strongly recomment a monitor protector before reading the threads.

Some of their threads are 100's of pages. Get an alarm clock or, you'll suddenly realize it's 3AM & you're trapped in the thread.

Part of the scam. IP's usually S Africa.  They always want their fees, dunnage, document fees, etc. sent via
WU to Lagos.
