It only applies mainly to foreigners with a company here. It takes you like 4 months of work to pay your taxes . That means your wrking for the government for free. Thats called slavery. There is no law requiring most American citizens to pay federal income tax. It was ruled the 16th did not give congress any new taxing powers. In other words if they couldnt tax you before it they couldnt tax you after it was passed.

I would love to not pay taxes, but so few people who have tried that line of action have failed before me. It makes me think my chances of success are minimal. It could be another theory meets reality situation.

The IRS, Congress, and the Federal Courts have a somewhat different opinion on this.  But feel free to give it a try yourself.  Be sure to write us back a couple of years into your sentence  err, 'program,' and let us know how it worked out in practice.
