6 gals I work with are preggers...and everyone with boys!

I tell them they are gonna have to start a boy scout troop...

4 gals on my team are expecting and two gals right next to me. First one's due in a couple of weeks and then they're all taking turns after that. There is actually an office pool on how much the baby will weigh in at.
We are holding a team baby shower next week.

The other gals (the non-expecting ones) all made a show of bringing bottled water to work yesterday.

Girls. Whatdoyado? Coordinate with each other? Conspire to get group rates at the hospital?

Off topic, my son reminds me every once in awhile, "I was the fastest swimmer."

Maybe they should start a male swimming team.

There's a little truth to that.  Mother Nature has a hand in it.  Not the group rates, though.  They're on their own with that one.

When I was pregnant with Carleigh, another girl in the office was also pregnant.  She had her daughter a week before I had Carleigh.  We worked in a very small, family owned business.  So our poor boss lost two of us ladies for quite a few weeks.  Everyone said they were not going to drink the water in the office anymore.

Good reason to imploy only the Gays.  No problems with pregnecy, no excuses for leaving work due to morning sickness,  and no males coming to work late with the excuse their wife kept them up up all night throwing up.

It is a new world world here, strange, but  one we must adust to.

I disagree. Gays stop work with all their drama queen antics. and they call in sick after a rough night at the bath-house. and then they die on you.

Now that is one heck of a good question.   Easier to think of the things not to do.   Far as doing a Man's job, when I retired it took me weeks to get use to not wearing a hard hat.
