How could a little troll who looks like she weighs 300 pounds know anything about dieting? I think if anything, she would know more about the menu items at the local buffet.

Good.  I was looking to lose 10-15 lbs.  Nadin!  You answered my prayers.  I need YOUR advice.  No counting calories?  Just eat until I am full and then stop?  No exercise?  Great.  :)
