generalissimo dude remembers Charles Manson, a primitive hero

Oh my.

No particular reason for this; I just thought I'd check to see what the new DU looks like.

Anyway, the generalissimo dude waxes nostalgic:

As Blago prepares to head off to day care, look who is still there after all these years
He just turned 77 less than a month ago.

after which a mug shot of someone

He looks pretty good for a guy that old. I have no idea how his health is, but I wish him many more years.

Blago can look forward to some years in the can, too, as he's going to federal prison where they have no parole. I *think* they might have a system similar to parole, but I think Blago needs to get ready to face down the aging process, too, but not to the extreme ol' Charlie had to.

1. Wow, those are some sad eyes.

Manson looks like a sad, bitter pill.

I have a feeling the soapbox is going to be one of my favorite places to hang around, when on Skins's island.

And the sparkling husband dude, as a moderator--I'm now picturing him as a chip-on-the-shouldered generalissimo with epaulets as large as ironing-boards sticking out from his shoulders as he struts around, trying to run things.

Wouldn't have recognized him but for the tattoo. His eyes still look like he has no soul.

True.  His eyes have the look in them like every liberal I've ever met.

That's what I thought, too; that's definitely an improvement.

One hopes, however, that Skins remembered to set the counters high enough so as to accommodate Doug's stupid ex-wife's six digits of posts.

When I think of the Stinkdude in charge of anything I am reminded of the quote "The incompetent leading the unwilling, doing what's right" and giggle my ass off. :-)

I'm really uncomfortable with this passing comment by the generalissimo dude, about the mass murderer:

One wonders what compelled the generalissimo dude to wish a mass murderer a long and happy life.

Far be it for me to non-aborted liberal vaginal discharges but...

...I think he's hoping for the extended life in prison for Manson so as to prolong Manson's presumed misery.

While I myself favor the death penalty there are times when I feel it is too...abrupt.

Wait until it dawns on the DUmmie that old Charlie is sucking up free medical care in his old age that the DUmmie could use.

I gave that possibility some consideration, too, but then remembered this is Skins's island, so I'm not so sure.

Since Stinky works for the mob, he likely has a soft spot for convicts of any stripe.
He's likely said that meaning, there but for the grace of God, go I.

I agree that's what the sparkling husband primitive would claim is the reason.  But the whole "let's kill X to try and start a race war so we'll come out on top" mindset of Manson isn't too far from "let's do X so we'll start a class war where we'll come out on top" mindset of Dems/liberals.  There's probably more admiration for Manson in the lib community than many would care to note.

If the DUmpmonkey husb2Spunkly is in the mob, he's a gofer like the lardass Bobby Bacala in The Sopranos, or, more likely, the gay Vito.

Bingo.

One of the primary characteristics of the primitives is how they try to facade, cloak, base motives in nobility.

The generalissimo dude can claim all he wants, that he wishes Charles Manson a long and happy life so the mass murderer'll have more misery, but we know what the generalissimo dude really means.

Well now, you know organized crime isn't stupid.

And one of their smartest tactics is to hide behind stooges, bumbling idiots and fools, who are just a "front."

It's not quite the same thing as a "sacrificial lamb," though.

Dunces and fools can have many uses, as a late Democrat party boss in Memphis pointed out, oh, circa seventy years ago.  And they're shielded from harm because they're eminently valuable.

I've always guessed the generalissimo dude's a front for Bela Pelosi's husband, who's an in-law in the d'Alessandro crime family of Baltimore and San Francisco.

Manson is small time next to the other DUmp hero, Ernesto.
