I love how they think they would be allowed to even walk on the interstate. I have had to change a few tires on the interstate and it is pretty freaky having hundreds of cars and trucks shoot by you at speeds of 55 to 70 miles a hours. But there is no way the state police anywhere would let a bunch of DUmmies shuffle along the emergency lane slowing down the flow of traffic.

You underestimate the inherent beauty of this plan...the fact that they can't get any permission to get onto the right-of-way will be the excuse they need to never actually leave their basement dwellings, and yet they will feel like they have actually done something because they sort of thought about trying to, up until The Man stopped them.

It'll turn into one of those "virtual" marches, where all the DUmb****s march to their computers and turn them on.  Think of all of the energy they expend doing that! . . . and all of the fossil fuels that they cause to be spewed into the enviromnment from the electrical generating plants . . .

No permits are ever needed if you are liberal. Permits are for the Tea Party. Libs just show up and start pooping on the road.
