That's what I don't get.
Granted, I live in only one part of the country, and a sparsely-settled one at that--although I do have "experience" being related to about one out of every three (or so it seems) people in Pennsylvania.
Where do the primitives get this notion that military, and ex-military, would possibly be on their side?
Sure, there'd be a few cranks here and there, but on the whole, it seems to me the overwhelming number of them are on the side of decent and civilized people; it's damned near 100% of those around here, and it can't possibly be any lower than 75%-80% in even the bluest areas of the country.
They're DUmmies, Frank, they have refined delusion to the highest levels of sublime.
Anyone with even a fraction of DUmmie observation could realize in very short order that:
1. Their cause is just, therefore how could the military possibly not support them in their quest to "liberate" the population of this evil country?
2. Their cause is just, therefore how could the military possibly turn down the opportunity to turn their guns on the hated "rich" and bring about "social justice" in this wicked land?
3. Their cause is just, this is the opportunity for the evil Praetorians to absolve themselves of their wicked mercenary ways.
4. Their cause is just, kill the enemies of the "oppressed" and they (the military) will no longer be viewed as ignorant boobs who can't succeed elsewhere and they will be adored by their new "masters" instead of reviled.
5. Their cause is just, the knuckle-dragging mercenaries of the United States Armed Forces need to join them (the OWieS) so they (the millitary) can be deprogrammed and live in peace and harmony.
6. Their cause is just, any fool can see that.
C'mon, Frank, this one is easy.
