Excuse me, but can someone kindly illuminate as to what the NcLB might be?
I suspect the primitives use acronyms because they can't spell big words.
Is that the thing that was the brainchild of Vast Teddy, but the primitives blame on George Bush?

the last time I felt that way I even disabled my profile, I'm not totally back to normal yet but I wanted to tell you, I do feel your pain.
franksolich feels a lot of pain too; too many taxes, too many primitives living off the taxpayers' dime, gasoline prices twice as high was they were when the Democrats promised they'd do something about that, too many people in the world oppressed and even being murdered by tyrants while the primitives don't care, George Bush being obstructed by negative, Hate-filled primitives, &c., &c., &c.

You know, never in the history of Skins's island was the term "pitchforks and torches" ever used, until last winter, when Freeper here (but over at the other place) coined the term to describe the primitives running amok with fury and Hate.

Was working as a HTeacher up till last September when they lowered the boom.
Yeah, secondary teachers all have 4-5 different SS. credentials!
My one SS clear credential won't allow me to Home Teach secondary students.
Gas prices, food prices are just nuts!
Ah, yes, the No Child Left Behind Act, the brainchild of Vast Teddy since the 1970s.
Even back in the days when the Democrats controlled Congress by near-veto-proof majorities, Vast Teddy couldn't get his party colleagues to pass it.
But in early 2001, when George Bush was trying to make nice-nice with the Democrats (this was months before 9-11), George Bush decided to do Vast Teddy a favor and make his dream come true, in hopes that it might lessen the hostility and Hate Vast Teddy held towards George Bush.
That was the biggest mistake George Bush ever made in all his years as president, thinking Vast Teddy would like him better.
