we would be expected to follow their laws and customs in their countries, it's hypocritical to say the least...

anyway it amazes me how much the muslim world has regressed in the middle east.  Looking at photos of the graduating class of Cairo University from the 50's until present you notice women going from wearing no hijabs to 100% hijabed.  People wrongly assume that like technology, a society can never devolve.  http://pajamasmedia.com/phyllischesler/2010/01/28/the-steady-erosion-of-womens-rights-in-egypt-a-photographic-story/
