I was bored and picked up a few cans of the new beer Walgreens is selling.  It's been a while since I've had really bad beer, but that stuff definitely qualifies.

It was slightly more than $3 for a six-pack.

Believe me, I won't turn down a cold major-label beer, especially if someone else is buying and driving, I just like a quality Pilsner or Dunkel better!

The nastiest beer I ever had is one that I believe isn't made anymore, it was a Schlitz Lite...I couldn't finish it, and that was after coming in from a week in the field on a tank in the Summer, and the beer was even cool, so you know how nasty it was.

the worst-tasting beverage I've ever run across is Genesee Cream Ale

We called 'em "Genny Screamers" in college.  That's what the hangover was wanting you to do, from the pain of the throbbing headache.

That's a level of boredom even I don't want to be able to fathom.

I had never heard of this before. Nadin is inactive today, so the google is running fast, and I checked. Apparently this beer has been
ridiculed by Stephen Colbert. That's good enough for me. I'll try a six-pack, if Walgreen's sells beer here in red state hell.

Just went back to the google, and see a ton of negative beer snob reviews. I'll try a twelve-pack.

It is pretty gross.  This stuff makes Natural Light taste like champagne in comparison.

I tried Gennessee.  It wasn't awful.

Anybody remember Mickey's Bigmouths?  I drank those in college.  Loved em.

This thread has seriously derailed.   :lmao:

Their beer is okay. Try the Cream Ale.
