New family photo I got this morning.  Not the best with the kids but I guess I am okay with it :)

Aren't you supposed to have one of those counter thingies that shows progress on the bottom of you posts?
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

Gina, greyt job with the weight loss. How did you lose all that weight? 60 pounds is awesome. How long did it take? I've lost 10 pounds in the last month, but I still have a way to go.

That's a beautiful pic of you and the family.

I just don't eat alot of carbs.  Keep them under 25 a day.  I don't eat sweets, never liked them.  I like salty stuff.  Meat, eggs, cheese....salad....  but I do eat me some sugar free jello or sugar free pudding with mounds of whipped cream every night.

weight just falls off that way for me.

It sounds like the South Beach diet. I guess I'll have to get some sugar free jello so I don't get so sick of the constant meat and cheese. I had lost about 10 pounds, then went to St Louis for 10 days and found it difficult to stay on the diet. I waited a week, then weighed myself, so was the same as before I left for that "vacation" at the dentists for 5 days. I'm presuming that I probably gained 5 pounds, then lost it this week. Now onward and hopefully downward again.

Good luck on that last 8 pounds.
