My name is Meagan Broussard. I am 26 years old. I served in the U.S. Army, and I am a full-time college student and a single mom.

I admired Rep. Anthony Weiner because I had seen a video of him standing up for the 9/11 responders. It was a rant, but he came across as someone very passionate, someone who cares about what he believes in. I didn’t know much more about him.

On April 20, I clicked on his Facebook page that I “liked” a video of Rep. Weiner addressing a gathering of construction workers in Washington, DC. I commented that it was “hot.” That’s the only way I came into contact with him at first.

I had to post this here to DUmmies would see it.

Whats sad about this is his new wife Huma. She has no reason to believe he ever intended to be faithful.

That said, I think it was a marriage of convenience. Weiner was being set up for a post in Hillary's  cabinet, and Huma would have a reason to stay close to Hillary.  those pesky lesbian rumors would be dispelled, and everyone would be happy.

Now its all in ruins thanks to what Weiner whipped out. He's out of a cabinet post. Huma looks like a fool if she stays with him. and Hillary has to make a new set of deals.

I still think this is the fundamental problem here. Rep. Weiner just wanted to score with some chicks, something to supplement the attentions of his new bride. How to do it? Well, sending photos is a common way of introducing one's self. But remember, Rep. Weiner is severely bless-his-heart homely. I'm certain he knew that sending pecker photos is a low-percentage strategy for winning the affections of a new acquaintance of the female persuasion. Even stevenumbers, who is immeasurably DUmber than Weiner, could tell you that. But Rep. Weiner, aware of the handicap imposed by his butt-ugly mug, had to make a gamble. The Weiner wiener shot may be a low-percentage seduction strategy, but a conventional head shot would have a zero chance. And, after all, it's probably how he hooked up with his new bride in the first place.

He is a special combination of an abrasive asshole personality with an unattractive NYC twang in his voice, combined with the body of a tall nominally-male anorexic and the jawbone of a steroid abuser.  Maybe he thought he was sending a photo of his best feature.
