This is supposedly a live show. Most of it has been live, but they just finished one of those segments where the slip in a taped segment without telling the viewer they've switched to tape, except for the absence of the little "live" bug. Why? They HAD to have another five-minute anti-Medicare screed, as if Joe doesn't get to do this enough already? And had, in fact, he already done so this morning. Apparently it wasn't enough for Joe's corporate masters...gotta keep catapulting the propaganda! Can't let up for a moment!

Hmm. Interesting that Pedro Picasso is critiquing PMSNBC at 8:30 on a workday morning. Maybe the upper echelons at his tiny Connecticut junk mail firm realized they could get rid of Pedro, and assign the number two cartoon boy to both draw speech bubbles, and fill in the words. If so, no sweat. The lost income is tiny, and he'll just continue living off the wife.
