How many DUmmies have we noticed are MIA?
« on: April 08, 2011, 07:02:06 PM »
GO BUCKS got me thinking when he mentioned something about ThomWV.  There are some DUmmies I haven't seen in a while.  How many are simply MIA.  Just drifted away?

Redstone?

Dreamer Tatum?

I've noticed some others but I can't call them up right now.

How about greenbriar/demtenjeep/Pam Dawson? DUmmy Of The Year for 2009. Of course, she's on chemo.

Last I heard, a month or six weeks ago, Chief S itting Bull is still laid up, from the beating-up the bird-smacking stoned red-faced primitive got election night 2010; he must've mouthed off something pretty bad.

She is still around -- I read a DU posting a couple of weeks back where she tried to integrate a new kitten with her dog and failed. She had to return the kitten..Many tears followed.

Oh, no! What happened to Spooky?

(This post was from among several where Pam always included her knockoff Coach purse or Mark's Glock, to let the DUmmies know she had things they can't afford.)

You kidding me?  Faced with the prospect of 10-15 years or more of Pam's bullshit, the cat likely grew thumbs, learned to operate the Glock, and shot itself.

Mrs. Alfred Packer, the "hippywife" primitive, has been missing in action in the cooking and baking forum for several days now; one hopes hippyhubby Wild Bill didn't have her for supper.

Pedro Picasso, the "Atman" primitive, has been very sporadic ever since the mid-term elections last year, although he had already been getting rarer and rarer ever since he went to work for that political mass-mailing company, which told him he couldn't hang around Skins's island "too much."

I could never understand why a Dem marketing company would do that, demand that an employee not post on a Dem message board (or post as little as possible); if any of us were to join an (R) marketing company, and mentioned we posted on conservativecave, the reaction would be, "great, super, keep it up, do more of it."

One wonders what's up with that.

Well, you know DUmmy Atman is the very lowest man on the totem pole at a very low level political junk mail generator. When hired, his work ethic was suspect, by the very fact that he'd seek employment at such a place. Killing time on the internet is a favorite pastime of deadbeats like Atman.

Another one who's been around less than a primitive at an employment agency is the Idiot Briggs primitive, the "IdaBriggs" primitive, the greedy landlady from Michigan.

I honestly don't know- and a cursory search of DU didn't provide any answers. I do remember that she had a dog that left when JeepCJ7 or whatever got married off, and she took the dog with her - perhaps the cat as well. I also remember she had gotten another dog that managed to break free and became roadkill. I remember the thread about the earlier dog, as I had chosen not to bring it over out of respect.

Years ago, we caught a semi-wild barn cat for a friend who wanted to put it in his barn as a mouser. Two of us cornered it in a shed and grabbed it, using welder's gloves. It was crazy vicious, spitting and snarling. We closed it up in a heavy cardboard box, since he had about a four-hour trip home in a 12-passenger van, with seven or eight other family members. Anyway, they got about halfway home before the cat chewed its way out of the box and began running laps around the inside of the van, grabbing skin for traction. He had a hell of a time getting stopped on the interstate, and everyone piled out of the van, bleeding all over. The cat disappeared into the countryside, somewhere in Kentucky. He can laugh about it now, but it took a while.

Back around '96 or so, I managed a small convenience store and as I was leaving for the day, I noticed a cat that got hit in the parking lot, barely alive. I boxed him up and brought him to the local rescue league, where I figured they would put the cat down humanely. As I was leaving, the cat sprung from the box, all teeth and claws and went straight for the shelter attendant. To this day, I am grateful that the cat's resurrection didn't occur while I was driving, and instead happened as the door to the shelter was closing behind me.

Thanks for the back stories Carl and frank.

I have a hard time keeping up with all the DUmmie drama.

That's why I developed my own list of PoPs and ponPs.

Even with only 3-5,000 primitives on Skins's island, that's way too many to observe and study for anthropological purposes, and so one has to cut it down to several dozen PoPs, all the rest, the unterprimitiven, being ignored as ponPs.

My mentor Margaret Mead did the same thing; sometimes there's just too many.

What happened to the terminally verbose Nance Dreggs?  Like Pitt Stain she wrote tomes of idiocy for the express purpose of being fawned over.  She must not have gotten her due K&Rs for whatever drivel she last posted.
