I'd imagine it's very hard. I couldln't stand going to yor head moderated forum, and just seeing a bunch of blips from the poster one is ignoring. That's precisely why I do not "iggy" people.

I don't do the recipe forum, although for some reason I thought I did.

Which makes my point; even if one has franksolich on "ignore," it's pretty hard to ignore him.
