Bordertown
« on: March 25, 2011, 05:14:47 PM »
I went to the library today and borrowed the movie Bordertown. It stars Martin Sheen, Jennifer Lopez, and Antonio Banderas()

It is inspired on true happenings in Juarez, Mexico. It looks good and though it is through the eyes of Hollywood and in current news these days, I felt it would be interesting to know what is going on ,in the Border states.

Has anyone seen it? Feedback would be appreciated... Thanx Tania

Bear in mind, it's a MOVIE, so a lot of whatever they're portraying will be overemphasized and blown out of proportion.

Okie dokie.....Between these kinds of based on a true happening or story and the MSM., it is hard to know what is exagerrated and what is true. I should take this movie with a large grain of salt yes??

I probably would. "Inga" & I watched, "Unthinkable". After the movie, she was angry and in a foul mood. I was like, "WTF"?!?!?!? It's ONLY a MOVIE!! I thought it was fairly good a definitely "thought provoking".
