I didn't get signed up until recently.  Open an account, pick a user name, and start following people (I admit, I cribbed most of my list from Traveshamockery).  Don't forget Karl.

Yep, just like Chris said, just signup, then look for all of us and follow who we follow. Scott Baio and his wife are conservative so you can follow them, Scott pretty much ignores his fans and talks to the dissers. I love Twitter.
