Kid bodyslams bully

A 16-year-old Australian boy, Casey Heynes, who has been picked on his entire life for his weight, finally had enough when another kid started punching him in the face, and his WWE-worthy response was captured on video and posted to YouTube and Facebook, where kudos and support for the way he fought back have been pouring in.

He was suspended while the bully wasn't.  The bully's parent's are also going to sue the bullied kid's parent's for the dislocation of the bully's leg.

Who was in the wrong in this video?

The little shit got what he deserved. The big kid put up with enough before defending himself.

I had a school yard bully and his friend pick on me for a couple of years from 6th grade to 8th grade. About midway through 8th grade, he pushed a little too far one day. I told him to meet me after school. He didn't.

The very next day, I caught him after school, physically dragged him off of the school grounds and beat the **** out of him. He didn't come back to school for three days. After that, he and his friend decided that they'd best leave me alone.

The heavy kid in this video did what ALL kids need to do when they're picked on, FIGHT BACK and kick their asses. Were I this kid's parent, I'd be all up in the principal's ass and maybe even the school board, if need be. The video is pretty incriminating for the little "bully". I'd also use this video for the lawsuit. Today's school system is too full of Libtards that want to emasculate all of the boys by not allowing them to defend themselves.

How many times does the kid have to be hit before he's allowed to defend himself?

And not disciplining the bully is a goddam travesty.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

I went to school in the Australian system.

Fighting back made you worse than the bully in the eyes of the cockholsters that administered the education system, and that was 20+ years ago.

Stab one in the head or crack one in the face with a piece of rebar and YOU were the "bad guy" and ended up getting suspended and talking to the police....

I guess it helps to explain why we're a nation of such pussies nowdays.

Uh oh........looks like Casey's parent was the one videoing the incident.  That doesn't look good.

Quote
A portly 16-year-old kid named Casey Heynes allegedly got into a fight at school with a bully. The video of the altercation was posted to Facebook by someone claiming to be the parent of Casey’s friend.

"The larger kid on the right, is my son’s friend Casey – thankfully they don’t go to the same school. Poor Casey has been bullied his whole high school life, and this is what happens when he snaps!! But guess who was suspended in this scenario – Casey!!"

Read it again.

Slower, this time.

The only mention of a parent at all is the parent of Casey's friend who uploaded the video.  That adult doesn't even claim to have taken the video- just to have posted it online.

Most school districts now and days would suspend you if they heard about your fight.

Yes- schools can and do suspend students for fights that take place off campus.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh ok, but doesn't that seem a little strange that even a parent of Casey's friend wouldn't even flinch with the camera when the kid was getting punched in the face?    I guess they could be taping for proof but it still seems strange.

It doesn't say the parent taped it.
It says the parent *uploaded* it.

Watch the video- the audio is obvious that it's a kid taping, probably on a cell-phone camera.

Further, it doesn't even say that the kid who taped it, was Casey's friend.  [In fact, it says the opposite- the child of the parent who uploaded it attends a completely different school.]
It simply says that the Casey is friends with the child of the adult who uploaded the video.

Again, listening to the audio in the video, it seems that the kid taping it is *not* friends with Casey.

Little Johnny Rotten got what he deserved. The other kid, the victim, exercised an enormous amount of restraint in spite of the fact that he was being continuously assaulted while a teacher stood by and looked on DOING NOTHING to stop the attack.

He had every right to defend himself.

First he takes one to the face, blocks a couple more, STILL THE TEACHER DOES NOTHING, and seeing no other recourse he defends himself. Little Johnny Rotten is lucky that his victim showed such restraint and a high degree of class by not removing his head like a bottle cap and keeping it for a trophy.

After being forced to defend himself he immediately follows the teacher's directive and leaves, HE DID NOTHING WRONG IN THE WHOLE THING. If he were my son we would be going to the Olive Garden tonight. :II:

Cool. That boy got nailed. He should of stepped on him and makee him bite the curb and give him the curb stomp. Of course he could end up severely injured or even dead.

Taught that loser boy a lesson. The bully will probably grow up to be another Ted Bundy or Osama bin Laden.

That's an older student, which is why she's wearing the school uniform.

Bullying is correlated with psychological and personality disorders, paranoid and histrionic in particular.

Or just lazy-assed parenting.  One ass-whoopin' from his dad coulda set that bully on the straight and narrow but quick, and yet I fear it wasn't administered for some reason.  Hmmm.

These antisocial and narcissitice behavior is strongly correlated with permissive, lazy, inattentive, and dysfunctional parenting plays a role. Bullies often come from permissive and/or dysfunctional families. Many psychopaths have permissive parents.

And that's relevant how?

Since personality disorders aside from BPD are essentially untreatable, should we just lock the kid up for life now?

Yes, I'm well aware of that. Hell, even back in 1970, when I did this I could have gotten sent to the principal's office for it. However, they kind of turned a blind eye to things that happened off campus back then. Technically, they were responsible for the strudents until we got home, even way back when.
